The only reason I gave them 1 star is because Yelp wont accept 0 starts. I purchased a newly built home last year and received a minimum of two year warranties on most items installed in the home. In the past month I had a plumbing issue and contacted Allison plumbing who did the original installation. They made the repairs and then told me the parts and labor were not covered by the warranty, they charged me $480. When I called Vinny who is the owner at Allison, I attempted to explain the item was under warranty, maybe because I was female, he was very unprofessional. He consistently talked over me, bullied me and actually hung up on me. I followed up with the manufacturer to confirmed the part was actually under warranty for 5 years. I work hard for my money and am not in a position to just throw it away. I had to contact my attorney who spoke to the builder, they builder then refunded my money. Allison took a simple situation and created unnecessary stress and issues for me. I have filed a complaint with BBB. In this case I am happy I stood u for myself and received the proper results. However, I would never recommend Allison Plumbing to anyone. They need to learn how to treat customers fairly and more importantly with Respect!

Called up for warranty serv. For my Weil mclain heat exchanger. Would not give any sort of appointment. When told it may not be under warranty they would have a service person the same day. Very Very shady. Would not recommend

Vinny is the best plumber I have ever had. He does a tremendous amount of research so he can recommend the best product for your needs. He is always my go to guy for all if my plumbing and heating needs
