I purchased a house that had work done late in 2014. I purchased it in 2015 transferred the warranty. Just got paperwork saying warranty transferred no other info. Go to sell the house in December 2017 it needs to be repaired again. They did fix it under warranty eventually. First call was told warranty claim has to be the owners and it take 3 weeks. So after waiting they say yes we will fix it under warranty. Get an engineers report the house was not showing any cracks in the sheet rock. so i get an engineer report another week. Then get a plumbing test. If they would have told me this in the beginning i would have had it ready for Josh when he showed up the first time. claimed it was in the paperwork that i did not get since i'm the second owner. so after i got the test i send emails and made phone calls that were never returned. trying to find out when i can get scheduled for repair. It took a good 10 days just to tell me when they can come out. The did and it was 3 weeks later. I also had to remove part of the flooring to do a back fill. It took 2 weeks of phone calls and emails again going unanswered to finally get answered where i need to remove the flooring. weather delays. so apparently they can not tell when they can come out after rain. I realize we did get a lot in a short time frame. It finally stopped raining and i called to see when it can be rescheduled. they refused to even discuss it because rain was scheduled in 2 more days. So they finally show up to fix the house. They just left the house they did shut the garage but it was not locked. They also let squares of metal all over the yard and in the street. fast forward to the fill. they void filled it was a little 2 inch hole in the slab not anywhere close to where they said they needed it. Almost 3 months from when I first contacted them every thing is done. They get 1 star because they did get it fixed but mostly because they wont let me give zero stars.

Best foundation company ever. I have used for several properties and have been 100% comfortable every time. Great family company that has always treated me honestly and just. I can't recommend higher and frequently refer them.

I'm a Realtor and real estate investor so I need and use this service regularly. So far they've evaluated/done work on at least a dozen properties for me. I always get multiple bids when I have a property in need of foundation repair. Jason Spector at Align Foundation is the only company that sometimes says, "This house is fine. You don't need us." Their rates are fair and reasonable and they always use a qualified engineer and provide written documentation regarding the scope of work and what work was actually completed. I would happily give them 10 stars if I could. They are extremely trustworthy.

Alan with Align came out to my property on a Saturday that was a reschedule due to them cancelling because of rain. He got there 15 minutes late, with no apology. Four days later, after many phone calls to the rude girl who answers their phones and I finally got a quote! Two days later, Alan contacts me stating that he would be sending me another quote to add "just in case" something would happen when they lifted the house. I said okay... Two weeks later and I haven't heard from Alan... Not that I'd even dare hire them. Fact is, Alan gave me a quote for $2,376. Something tells me he thought about it and wanted to charge me even more after the quote. Don't even waste your time with this so called company. Don't believe me, see for yourself.

I renovate properties & have used numerous foundation companies over the last 10 years but Align Foundation is by far the best company I've ever used & have continued to use them the last few years. They're very knowledgeable & take their time to explain exactly what needs to be done. I've recommended them to friends & family & have always gotten good reviews from them.

You know, I was willing to give this company multiple opportunities, but after reading Sarah's review, I have changed my mind. I never actually used them, so this review is based on the hassle of communication. Based on the quote, they are obviously very knowledgeable, and actually seemed to understand the structural engineer's report the best. However, it is such a pain to get any type of information from them, that it throws an immediate red flag. I had to request a quote 3 separate times. If my $10k isn't important to you, or you're just too busy, just tell me up front so I don't waste my time. I finally received a quote, which indicated it didn't quite meet the engineer's report, but didn't go into detail. I requested the details, so I could have my engineer review, but never received it.
thank you, Sarah, for reminding me not to waste my time.

Where to even start with the crappy work this company did for me. I guess i will start with the horrible customer service you receive from the very beginning. I should have listened to my gut and went with another company when phone calls were not returned and email's went unanswered. I like the Sarah P. thought the initial estimate was a breeze, but things quickly went down hill from there. One of the biggest complaints i have is the fact that emails and phone calls were not returned in a timely manner. It was on average a week to week and a half to get and answer from anyone. When my reports were requested like engineer reports, plumber reports, and so on it took them over 3 weeks to get those to me and i'm still to this day waiting on the warranty and final elevation reports for the added piers to the house. Josh is the one at the company that I had the most trouble with.
Moving on to when the work actually began a mouth and a half after i contacted them because they had forgot they actually came out to the house to do an estimate so an engineer was never contacted to sign off on the work. When work finally began i had to leave my job 4 different times because the guys locked themselves outta the house and had no way of getting access to power to run there equipment. This was frustrating enough since i had to go to my boss 4 times in 2 days to tell him i needed to leave early to tend to personal issues with my home.
HERE IS THE VERY FRUSTRATING PART OF THE WHOLE ORDEAL.
As the house was being leveled, as they were doing it there jack slipped and ruptured a water line by my front door (Quoting there foreman's word on the job site) I thought to myself this isn't good and they will surely pay for the plumber to come out and fix it. NO they had me call a plumber and when i sent the bill to Josh at Align Foundation he lied and quickly covered his tracts saying the water line was already broke when they lifted the house. This is definitely a lie since i was able to provide water bills to Josh to ensure him it was not ruptured before the foundation work was done. My average water bill a mouth was $38.49 ever since i moved into the house back in January of 2013, so there was no way the pipe had been busted for over a year! After the leveling work was done i realized that i was not able to open my front door any more. It was so restricted from them putting a pier underneath the door joint that i had to get a contractor out there to fix the door. That cost me another ($700+) as they had to basically cut the door out and re-frame the entire front door because of aligns mistake in putting a pier underneath the door. On top of that where they lifted a part of the garage roughly 3 inches, the garage slab lifted up 3 inches from the driveway. I thought they would for sure pore a little concrete so you could get a car in the garage without having to hop over basically a speed bump every time you pulled into the garage. This they had no interest in fixing at all, and i drive a very nice car. A brand new IS350 Lexus that scraps every time i have to pull into the drive way. I received an estimate from Manning Concrete, and to fix that properly i'm looking at another ($2,000.00) which after paying thousands for the foundation don't have the cash to pay for.
I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy and i hope my review helps somebody save some money. I not only paid $2,850.00 for the foundation to be fixed, but also will have to pay another $2,000.00 to fix what they did to my house with the crappy work. I hope someone else doesn't fall victim to Josh and Align Foundation like i did.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. 2 months after my repair and I was still trying to track down reports and tests that were paid for. This has been one BIG hassle. The estimate was a breeze but actually getting the estimate in writing (via email), having the job scheduled or even a return phone call or email was only the beginning. I should have stuck to my instincts and moved on to another company. But now I have learned my lesson the hard way. I gave Josh and his company a chance to prove they aren't the company that the lacks in customer service, this was his request. I gave him a chance and they failed. Over 2 months after the repair and I still didn't have reports or paperwork that I paid for. Engineers report, post plumbing test, warranty, post elevation levels.......
Shortly after my foundation repair a plumber (contracted through Align) contacted me to advise they had done the post plumbing test and had found an issue that would cause my test to fail. I was assured the information would be in the report and I could obtain that from the foundation company in a few days. When I followed up with Align, Josh was not even aware the test had been done. Over the next 2 months I contacted Align looking to get the plumbers report and all they could do was tell me "they aren't' the plumber" and offer me the phone # to call the plumber. When I called the plumber I was told my test would be done in a few days. I let them know that it had already been done and i was waiting on the report. To this day I still don't know if one guy came out or two guys came. The purpose of the plumbing test is to check the house after the foundation is lifted, obviously checking for leaks. 2 months later, what good does that do if there is a leak under my house from the foundation repair? once I finally got the the plumbing report it stated the problem with my clean out and suggested an additional job that would cost $700+. At this point I couldn't even get the Align contracted plumber to answer or return my messages. I wanted to discuss the issue in more detail than what was on the report. I hired my own plumber (at my expense) to get a second opinion and peace of mind.
On to the next issue. I also had to leave several messages, and send emails asking for the engineer report (fee also included in my bill) which I finally received, however I still never received the final elevation levels; post lift.
It's very frustrating when your paying thousands upon thousands of dollars and every single aspect of the process takes so much energy and basically hounding the receptionist because of the horrible lack of customer service. I have had two friends ask me to recommend my foundation company and I give them the name of the company and warning to not use them. Even if the actual work is done correctly the hassle and frustration are not worth the stress. I had my foundation repaired in June 2013, lets hope I never have to use the warranty which is also another document that i had to hunt down. If I could give zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and move on to the next foundation company. Learn from my mistake.

We were very pleased with the work they did. They came on-time and finished as promised.
Jason was very friendly and did a very good job on assessing our house. They found a drainage problem in the garage that none of the others had bothered to look. It didn't need to get fixed but now we know that we need to keep water away from that area to avoid future problems.
Overall, I was very satisfied with their work and would recomend them to anyone.

I was extremely please the Align Foundation Repair. I have been in the construction business for 25 years and have dealt with numerous subcontractors, few of which performed as well as Align Foundation repair from enitial contact through completion. Very professional, curtious, punctual and through with all phases of the process.
Two outstanding qualities: Jason never considered asking for a price increase even though both the foundation depth and pier depth requirements exceeded normal after already providing the low competative price. The jobsite, which was a disaster as a result of normal construction activity, was left extremely clean upon completion.
I will use Align Foundation repair for my next job and all jobs thereafter.
