I contacted Align Foundation after seeing some cracks in my walls. Alan Bailey was the inspector. I expected him to "railroad" me into an expensive repair but instead he did the complete opposite! After a thorough inspection, he provided some recommendations, areas for me to watch, and provided a written report of his inspection all for absolutely No Charge!! First of all the workers were very friendly and did neat work.They put a pier in middle of garage ,now the other side of garage is sagging.Was told it was probably wood structure shifted.I told alan i thought they raised it too much but he says readings were zero but not very sure of that. Called to talk to owner but could only talk to alan.I told them the engineer they sent out only came to the house for about 15 minutes and only brought a pencil and tape measure.Was told by alan he had no control over that.I told them what ever they paid him it was too much.He didnt even make an impression of a bad engineer.I had another engineer come out that brought lasers in and spent over 2 hours and gave me a 79 page report.For 5400.00 dollars i think the bit about engineer would be taken off biil since i told alan i thought i was ripped off.He said he would talk to boss like i wanted to do and havent heard anything.Just agrivating when you think you got ripped off on price.Like i said the main work i was happy with except for by garage.Guess i will just have to live with it.I paid them cash which might have been a mistake.

Josh of Align couldn't have been more responsive. The job was done in 2 to 3 days as he stated, but actually came early due to finishing another job. Price was very reasonable, as I'm a Real Estate investor and know what the price of piers are at Retail. Got a plumber report and engineering report as promised. Will refer Josh business...thanks

I purchased a house that had work done late in 2014. I purchased it in 2015 transferred the warranty. Just got paperwork saying warranty transferred no other info. Go to sell the house in December 2017 it needs to be repaired again. They did fix it under warranty eventually. First call was told warranty claim has to be the owners and it take 3 weeks. So after waiting they say yes we will fix it under warranty. Get an engineers report the house was not showing any cracks in the sheet rock. so i get an engineer report another week. Then get a plumbing test. If they would have told me this in the beginning i would have had it ready for Josh when he showed up the first time. claimed it was in the paperwork that i did not get since i'm the second owner. so after i got the test i send emails and made phone calls that were never returned. trying to find out when i can get scheduled for repair. It took a good 10 days just to tell me when they can come out. The did and it was 3 weeks later. I also had to remove part of the flooring to do a back fill. It took 2 weeks of phone calls and emails again going unanswered to finally get answered where i need to remove the flooring. weather delays. so apparently they can not tell when they can come out after rain. I realize we did get a lot in a short time frame. It finally stopped raining and i called to see when it can be rescheduled. they refused to even discuss it because rain was scheduled in 2 more days. So they finally show up to fix the house. They just left the house they did shut the garage but it was not locked. They also let squares of metal all over the yard and in the street. fast forward to the fill. they void filled it was a little 2 inch hole in the slab not anywhere close to where they said they needed it. Almost 3 months from when I first contacted them every thing is done. They get 1 star because they did get it fixed but mostly because they wont let me give zero stars.
