Red notice from City of MPK for sprinkler test.. called Freddie again and he was quick to respond.. he had availability same day and was accommodating.. price seemed reasonable and friendly conversation..test took minutes and he emailed the city results while on-site.. definitely recommend

Freddy is very experienced at Backflow testing and regularly does a number of them. He's done it so often with the city of Alhambra that Alhambra city officials know him. I didn't use Freddy's services because he was so resourceful in determining that it wasn't required for me. He found out by calling the city directly! Amazing service!

Highly, highly recommend! Freddy and his crew are very efficient and hard working, get the job done and are very honest. We had issues with our water heater at a major apartment complex and they did an excellent job in diagnosing the issue versus other companies who were not as knowledgable about the problem. Also very fair pricing and estimations, doesn't try to rip you off whatsoever like other companies we invited to look at the system. Definitely would use him again and recommend for anyone interested in quality, honest, and dependable service for a reasonable price!

I contacted them for estimation. The good thing is they are relatively responsive. Freddy took the phone each time and I was able to discuss with him about the project. He cannot make the appointment the first time and I had to call him to reschedule. He asked his partner to call me and reschedule. It did took me at least three calls going back and forth to finalize the time, and I had to wait for about 40 min when they came in late.
I would be concerned with their price quote. They threw a number at me first, which is relatively high. After I said ""no, thank you"" and mentioned I had lower bid, they reduced the price. I didn't use them. But I still thank them for coming and giving me estimation.

I hired this plumbing company & the plumber knew what he was doing but he was sloppy. My wood floor got some cracks from his heavy water vacuum & he broke my kitchen cabinet door cause he was too rough. I would not hire him again but he did unclog my kitchen sink. He only accepts cash so when I call cause I wanted him to come back to fix my repairs, he doesn't return my phone calls. So now I have to call a maintance guy to fix my cabinet & brand new living room floor is ruin. I would never ever recommend him to anybody.
