This was the first home I had ever purchased. I couldn't get the central air to run. I had checked the filter and everything and asked them to come out. I'm a single mom with 2 kids. It was a hot day. When I first called they tried to push me off to the other business in town. I let them know I had already tried the other business first.
They sent someone out. One of my breakers was off for outside. He flipped the switch and it worked. He seemed nice and said he would clean it for me because it looked dirty. Great! I then got a bill for $85.00 to flip a switch and give the AC a bath. Wow thanks a lot for teaching a new home owner. They were here for less than 10 mins. I guess I'm paying for them to drive across town. Unbelievable!!!!
