Cannot say enough good things! We found a small leak in our waste pipe, and I went on NextDoor the next day to get recommendations (it was not an emergency). I called Joseph and he came the next day to look things over. He placed an order for parts and was back the next morning to install a new chunk of pipe. It took him about an hour. He is super nice, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure.

I can't praise Jose highly enough. The work he did was far beyond my expectations. I was coming to grips with the harsh reality that I finally needed to have all of my ancient original galvantized water pipes from 1916 replaced. Jose and the crew he worked with did the job and soooo much more. They did some rerouting of pipes, they removed a ton of absolutely unnecessary pipes from an old laundry room that use to exist--and numerous other things that brought my plumbing situation from the 1900s to 2018. They even snaked all of my drainage pipes for the hell of it! All for the original price that was quoted--which was incredibly reasonable for a three-man-team (they also hired a guy to deal with the messy job of cutting thick-rooted juniper shrubs and digging up a clean strip in the front yard to get to my front yard. So I guess you could say it was a four-man crew). And I could write an entirely new review praising his work ethics but I'll just say he communicated every single chore that needed to be done in detail but in friendly layman's terms. They were always on time and apologized for the slightest inconveniences such as noise or shutting off water for a short period. Great team.

Jose is great. I called him before to install a new dishwasher. I had work done in the kitchen and my contractor said it was ready for it to be installed. He said the wiring wasn't right, and to let him know when it was corrected. Even though he lost work coming to my house, he did not charge. Well, I had the work corrected and now I have a new dishwasher. Now I need to buy a new garbage disposal, he's sending me to ""his"" place to purchase it with his discount. Can't get any better than Jose!

Jose saved the day! I was away on vacation when my housesitter notified me that the drains were backed up and the kitchen had flooded. I called Jose and he showed up the same day, after a long day on another assignment. He snaked and crawled under the house, inspecting everything. And he did all this while being reassuring and comforting me on the phone while I was across the country. I am grateful for Jose's skill, integrity and heart. He has earned my loyalty.

I had water dripping into my basement area. Joseph was a pleasure to deal with and a really nice guy! It turned out not to need plumbing fixes as it was a leaky fridge, so read this review in that context. But I would call him again if I had plumbing needs.
