Alex came out last night and today to look at a plumbing issue. He was quick to respond, gave a fair price and showed up in less than 1 hour. He was very honest when he couldn't fix it and had to refer the job to someone else. We offered to pay him for the effort and commute but he refused to take any payment. I appreciate his professionalism. Give Alex a call if you have plumbing issues. My plumbing issue was a bit unique but I'm sure he can fix most other issues.

Our toilet clogged late at night and we tried everything we could to unclog it using the plunger and other remedies. Our apartment landlord was not responding. At 11:30pm we decided to just find a local plumber on Yelp- since we couldn't just sit and wait without a working toilet. We used the Yelp service request feature and it connected us to Alex's Plumbing. Alex responded quickly by chat, gave us a basic flat rate estimate, and told us he could come tonight. Within 20 minutes he was at our apartment in Downtown Los Angeles working on the toilet. With just a few snake tools it took him just 15 minutes to unclog the toilet and he let us test it out to make sure it was working again. Alex was very professional, friendly, and we would definitely call him again for future plumbing needs! Fair price for really good work! Thanks Alex!

Alex replaced my toilet with broken flange bolts, and one of the bolts was dead stuck into the flange. He responded immediately on yelp and made appointment for same day but we opted for the next day. He came out on time and finished the job with courtesy and professionalism. I contacted this gentleman last night, because of a issue we had with our garbage disposal. Right away he responded and told me he would be here first thing in the morning. I found Alex through yelp's quote request. I had already spoken to a few plumbers prior to engaging with Alex. He made the process super easy. Gave me a great price for the service we needed (Garbage Disposal install and Spigot repair/swap out). I got his number then had my husband coordinate with him. Alex arrived at our unit by Manhattan Beach all the way from Glendale! He assessed our situation, gave us advice that our old turn values were still working and that since the plumbing was old we shouldn't mess with it. Then he went to work on installing our new garbage disposal (I was incredibly surprised that he came and brought a garbage disposal for us, but we actually had bought our own. The price he quoted me included the garbage disposal...that was so incredible!). Alex was quick, super professional, and didn't try to upsell or cheat us. We had bad experiences in the past with larger companies that ripped us off and charged us a fortune for barely any necessary work. Alex was excellent and we will be using him for all future plumbing work!
