After a meeting with Jay Alexander at my home, I asked for a quote for new water heater, laundry sink install, new gas dryer hookup. He sent me an incomplete quote with no prices and missing items...it looked like he sent it before finishing. I asked several times for a corrected quote. I called the office and spoke with the office manager (also a family member) and while she was very nice and reassuring that she would get the quote finished, she never did. After more calls, texts and emails, I finally gave up and found a responsive plumber. The job is done...and it turned out great, just not by Alexander & Sons.

My hot water heater had a leaking issue. I called Alexander and Sons and spoke to Jennifer who schedules appointments. I explained what was going on. They set a time to come look, and knew what to get. Then had everything ready for us, and did the job, informing along the way what was happening.
The second job more to change a well-housing and pipes connecting to water source, they changed all of that too. Had looked at it previously, to get the information on the project- to get the tools, back when the water heater was done. Seeming their time spent, and then once we were ready, came by- got the scope again and then picked up the products and set a day to work. That was all done- and have now water running again without fear of blowing out anything in the well.
Future jobs are planned- coming up with remodeling. Waiting on them for the pricing to get that all firm and prepared, so when the job come's all will know what is needed.
My word to ANYONE that has any difficulty, getting to people; constant- repetition in informing them what is needed and also, send emails as well with pricing- that helps a ton. Keep after it, after all we are in the process of getting the job completed as well.
They do great work, and show up. And, things are working when they leave.

I had no water they came out repaired water 2 months later no water had someone go under house and repaired water. Called spoke to Jennifer said she would get back to me on what they did. After a week I called Jay asked one question to show on pics I sent what pipe did he repair he started screaming and hung up phone. I asked Jennifer for partial refund she said no. I would never use them again. No customer service.

My hot water heater had a leaking issue. I called Alexander and Sons and spoke to Jennifer who schedules appointments. I explain what was going on, she suggested I take pics and send them to her to take a look at. So I did and also made a video to send her. Jennifer knows her stuff!!! It starts at the front desk, the level of great experience and knowledge.

She was absolutely great to talk to and I was so worried and scared that my water heater would leak or bust and basement be flooded, thinking the worst, until Jennifer was able to see the pics and video and she said it be fine, not to worry it was just a cracked drain value and since my water heater was next to the drain it would drain into the drain and I would be ok until they could come out in the moring.( It was late 10:00 pm when I called) I was so relieved and thankful for this news and get a good nights rest.

""Alexander and Sons"" Perry and Joey came out the next morning to my house on time, very professional knew exactly how fix the issue and change the drain value out so quickly with very little water out -they did it so fast like crazy skilled(James Bond plumbers got the job done) Then checked the rest of the water heater make sure it was too all in good standings. Perry and Joey took care of us at very reasonable price.

They were very professional, efficient and took the time to explain. They our officially my go to Plumbers locked in my phone and will always recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services. They are family owned professional business and know there stuff and leave everything clean upon cleaning. You will not be disappointed. They are absolutely AMAZING!!!!!!

Great customer service, and prices! We'd been dragging our feet on replacing our old water heater, the original one that came with the house, and we knew the time was coming. They had come over a few times and helped us repair it, but when it finally gave out and started leaking Perry came over right away and installed a bigger and way more efficient WH. I have recommended them to family, friends and co-workers.
