my mother in law paid them for a few years now to pump out her septic tanks. unfortunately paid full price and you guys only pumped out 1 tank , now it's a full replacement. shame on you for taking advantage of an old lady. trust me I will tell absolutely everyone I know not to use Alexander septic. karma will come back on you

I would not recommend this company to anyone, wish there was a way to give a negative score. It started with my contractor and myself calling Alexander Sewer & Drain to explain that we had two drains we wanted checked, cleaned out and scoped with a camera. The representative stated that to use the camera is $200 per hour. The cost was a little pricey but I agreed. She stated that the cost should be approximately $300-$400. Two representatives from Alexander Sewer & Drain came the next day AND with the assistance from my contractor they cleaned out 3 drains and scoped two of them with the camera. They discovered a third drain during the process. I had to leave for business appointments and told my contractor to settle the bill. Imagine my surprise when I get an invoice for ""$770.00""! I asked my contractor to give me details of what happened while the Alexander Sewer & Drain people were at my home. He stated that they were here for 2.5 hours and they used the camera for no more than 40 minutes. And... he assisted them during the whole process. I immediately called the same representative and she reviewed the billing on her computer and replied that there had been a mistake in communication from the representative at my home, through her to the owner who wrote up the invoice. She stated that she would speak with the owner and have her call me the next day. The owner calls me the next day and proceeds to tell me that not only is the invoice correct but that we should have been invoiced for more because she only charged me for one drain clean out (the invoice had two written on it) when three were cleaned out. She also stated that not only that there should have been a one time charge of $190.00 just to bring the camera to our home. This company from the owner down clearly doesn't know anything about accurately pricing their services to a customer, they change their story every time you speak to them so they can justify screwing you over. So please comparison shop when getting this kind of service and make sure the company knows their pricing and get it in writing!

I reviewed my house maintenance recoreds and realized this is the same company I used in 2015 and the owners son offered me a discount if I paid part of the invoice to the company and part to him. You figure the owner's son would have the authority to do something like this, right? Then I get an invoice from the company saying that the amount I paid him was past due. I called the office and they stated I still owed it as they had no proof I paid Mr. Alexander that separate amount. Luckily for me I did have proof as I wrote a check. They then stated that it would be taken care of. So I guess history is repeating itself as this company is run by a family of crooked people who will screw people over.

Alexander went to my parents house and unclogged the bathtub and pumped the septic tank. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did a thorough job and kept them informed of what was happening. Highly recommended!

Always open and always available. They do outstanding work and hold true to the reputable company they have always been. The employees are knowledgeable and courteous to your personal space. They've unclogged drains, installed a toilet and new pressure tank and even had time to install the water softener. I suggest them anytime and every time.
