J T.Had a terrible experience. Used them to install a new bathtub/shower, wanted a professional to do the tie in to the drain line to ensure it was done right. Once fine we immediately smelled sewer gasses. I felt my nerve calling a professional plumber to ask if they installed the most basic of plumbing elements, a p-trap, but the smell was too much to ignore. I was assured there was one under grade when they installed. Several weeks into months go by & still smelling gases on and off. Insisted they come out and snake drain.
Turns out there was NO p-trap!!!!
Their fix wad to cut a whole in my now finished wall, not repair the whole and then leave their waste cut off pipe pieces on our porch.
