My toilet wax ring failed in the middle of 4th of July weekend. I got a call back on the 3rd and they set up my appointment for the 5th on the 4th of July. Alexander Plumbing went above and beyond to help me out. Outstanding customer service, very reasonable prices and exceptional workmanship! Adam did an excellent job in a professional manner and left the bathroom cleaner than it was when he got here!!

Faucet outside of house was leaking and causing a small flood next to house that would have overloaded the sump pump. Patrick responded to the call in a timely manner. He was able temporarily stop the leak until he was able to get the necessary parts. And kept us up to date on when he was able to complete the job. Service was reasonable price and trustworthy.

We had several small gas leaks in our basement due to old plumbing. My normal guy cancelled so I called up Alexander Plumbing. They came out within an hour and gave me an honest quote. They got to work right away and were helpful in explaining the process and answering my questions. They also ended up identifying several other leaks and repairing those at no extra cost to their original amount. Highly recommend this plumber. Paul specifically was extremely professional and helpful.

If your calling with an emergency this isn't the company for you they will over charge you get a second and third opinion before you hire these clowns I had a frozen water pipe that burst and they charged me almost 700 dollars for an hour of work and barely any material they didn't work with me on a price at all and come to find out they were 300 dollars higher then everyone else bottom line If you can call someone else odds are they are better you get what you pay for and I paid union prices for a non union shop

The work went exactly as Patrick said it would. They were here for three days opening the ground and running a camera in to find the problem. They proceeded to reline the sewer line were it had separated, refilled the hole, and put the yard back together. Every employee was very professional and knew exactly what should be done. They guaranteed the work for a full ten years but said it would last much longer. We are extremely happy that we hired Alexander Plumbing to do this job and would definitely hire them again.

Patrick (the Biz owner) and his crew are the best plumbers in the business. They are highly skilled and responsive to your needs. I have used Alexander plumbing for a gas leak, a burst water pipe, and install of a new lavatory. Each time I have been very pleased with the work they have done. The quotes were on point, the crew was very courteous as they entered and left the home. I wouldn't call any other plumber to take care of my plumbing needs.

Alexander Plumbing was great and I would definitely recommend them! Adam had come out for the simple job of replacing a tub spout and shower head in our main bath. Rather than going through the process of getting bids, I asked him to give me an estimate for a couple of long overdue jobs and accepted their bid on the spot. (A previous plumber had not only given me a much higher bid but had also spent a good deal of time telling me that what I wanted to accomplish couldn't be done). As soon as the tile job on the master bath was completed, I scheduled the work to be done. Both Adam and Paul were courteous, competent, and knowledgable. Thank you SO much for helping us achieve our goal of completing our master bath restoration! I will definitely count on them when it comes to the the plumbing portion of our kitchen remodel!

I was given an estimate and hired the company for the job. We were given a date but then were told the week of the work they couldn't make it . Once again the next scheduled date was cancelled. After that we never heard from them . We wasted three weeks of our time and planning on being home for them . They should of said a 3000. dollar job wasn't worth there time!
