There is NO ONE more trustworthy and better than Alexander Plumbing/HVAC. I called Ken, the owner, to ask him a favor to help an elderly couple who had no heat, and had gotten another company to come over who told them they needed an entirely new system at $8000. Ken dropped what he was doing, met me at the elderly couple's home within 15 minutes (one of which is bedridden), only to find out that the initial company that was called was trying to rip them off by unplugging their furnace, when all they needed was new batteries in their thermostat. While there, Ken also changed a lightbulb for them! Did I mention Ken did not charge this elderly, fixed-income couple??? Ken is the best, as is everyone who works for him, from the technicians who come out and the office staff. Never hesitate to call Alexander Plumbing & HVAC, and feel sure that you can trust them every time!

We had a leak in our bathroom shower. We were scheduled for a Wednesday morning appointment, but there was a cancellation and they called back to offer us Tuesday morning instead. The plumber was quick, efficient and friendly, and we are SO relieved to have our shower working again. Thank you Alexander Plumbing and Heating!

I had a Bosch Hot Water heater that was malfunctioning. After searching on the Bosch website for authorized service providers, I picked Alexander Plumbing. They sent a serviceman to correct my issue and he made it worse by damaging the heater during diagnostics! The biggest problem was he didn't even mention that he destroyed the heater and my family (with a 6 year old daughter) would have no hot water for almost a week, while we wait for a part from Bosch! Unacceptable.

After showering for a week with a bucket of hot water from my stove, the part arrived and Alexander installed it (nice guy, I even gave him a tip for helping us restore the hot water), unfortunately it lasted like 2 hours. I then called someone, who I believe was the owner, who did show up quickly and try to resolve the problem. It again lasted like 2 hours. That's when they stopped responding (""I'll call you in 15 minutes he said.... I'm still waiting weeks later).

Unfortunately, spent $$$$$ on a Bosch part and $$$$$ for 2 trips by Alexander, and NO HOT WATER. I agreed early on that if we could not repair it, I would purchase a standard unit and then Alexander stopped responding to me! Of course, they likely knew they took my money and should have never tried to repair the heater in the first place and I would request a discount, which I desired after the poor service.

As a result, they took my money, left me without hot water, and I ended up calling another plumber who expertly installed a hot water heater and addressed all our needs (search the area, you will find my review there). Maybe they are OK with standard hot water heaters, but I suggest you are very careful if you have a problem and need them follow up in an emergency. I'm really disappointed in the lack of service that I received. Alexander should apologize to my family and offer a full refund.
