Alex replaced our furnace and not only did a great job, he went above and beyond what anyone would have expected. He realigned vents and fabricated and customized the fit of the new furnace perfectly. Even more meaningful, he turned down the garage heater while he was going in and out, so he wouldn't run up our utility bill. Wow!
I recommend Alex Quality Services to everyone I know.

Seniors and home owners beware. Alex owner charges high prices and will not come back to fix his mistakes. Work is not acceptable to the amount he charges and does not ?back up his lousy work so pass this guy up! Nothing quality about this company.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Alex is a fantastic/quality guy. He performs a great job and I would recommend him. I had an insurance claim and Alex was used. Alex replaced a furnace and my gate was frozen so he could not dispose of old furnace, Even though job was done weeks ago and Alex was paid, he didn't need to return to remove old furnace but he did. I am so grateful that he doesn't forget his clients. Please keep this in mind ... and use Alex.

I had Alex come out to my home for some heating noise repairs. He came out and at first was very nice and professional. He went up into my attic to see what the cause of the knocking noise was when the heat came on. He stated that it was the ductwork and that he was not sure he could repair it. After some time he started stomping on the ductwork and this appeared to have solved the problem. However I was not comfortable With him as I said stomping on the ductwork. After coming down he checked some things within the furnace itself (gas pressure and flow etc.) and said everything was fine with the furnace. At this time I asked what to do if noise comes back (which it did) and he said that this was very normal and that there would be nothing he could do about it. I was not very happy with this as I have owned 2 other homes and never has this problem, so howe common could it be. After several days went by I noticed that rooms that were effected were colder that the rest of the house. Since Alex refused to come back to my home I had another company come out to inspect and diagnosed the lack of airflow in the two rooms. It was determined that approximately 10"" of ductwork has been smashed almost flat which has now caused reduced airflow. I now have a new issue that was caused by Alex and he won't even accept responsibility for his actions. This unfortunately leaves with no choice but to leave a bad review which I really did not want to do. However, he has left me no choice. I would never recommend someone that operates with a total lack of integrity and decency.

i will useAlex Qualify Service in the spring when I need the air conditioning added. Pleased to write this, he did everything he could to keep my house warm in -25 weather.

Yeah let's do a great job I highly recommend now if I was throw who works in a reasonable rate fixing my water heater and install UV see lights and I'm going home with other work
