Since 2017, I have been in the plumbing industry and have seen it all. I’ve seen “professionals” cut corners to save a few bucks, using cheap materials, failing to follow regulations, which can result in homeowners losing thousands. It was a higher-end model with more stages of filtration than what other plumbers had suggested, and he was able to come out the next day for installation. After the RO system was installed, I asked him to take a look at a bathtub faucet that had been leaking for years. He recommended a practical fix and returned just a few days later to take care of it. Alex is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional--I'll definitely be calling him for any future plumbing needs!
