I had been having a very difficult time finding a plumber that would come to my one bathroom house to unclog my drain. Most companies would not even call back. Alert Plumbing on the other hand was very quick to call back (on a Saturday) and was at my house in under an hour. The plumber was able to quickly resolve my problem. The plumber (sorry I forgot to get his name) was professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this company.

Thievery! On 7/26/23, Alert Plumbing came to home to give me a quote to replumb our home (insurance). We have used their service in the past. I called the previous one to ask for a quote. I also said our neighbor, who initially referred me two years ago, needed your service as well for a leak. I was told you would be charging $125 for an estimate and would return said $125 as a credit for said services. I was not happy with that response as I have a $10,000 job now scheduled for Monday, and the technician was going to be right next door because my neighbor also called for service but that revenue wasn't enough. The next morning, I went to my neighbors and said hey we try to keep your service in the family. Anyone asking for recommendations we recommend you. I literally live next door. When you are done, would you like to give me a quote, but this $125 when your 10 feet from my house is disingenuous. Yes, sir, I'll be over. Discussed what was needed and then turned around and demanded he needed $125.00! Wow! Since then, despite numerous attempts at messages, email, and text, I still do not even have an estimate. $125.00 is apparently more important than your customer call you out as thieves. Where's my $125.00 as your quote is worth no more than recycleThievery! The kind maybe you were lucky enough to unclog along the way of thivery!

What a great company .. on time, on budget and really great employees .. they could easily have overcharged us but did not ..
