We had a Sunday night emergency of the water heater shut down.
I called Alert Plumbing Sunday eve and was told the technician will be by tomorrow between 9 and 11 am.
Ruben showed up on time and proceeded to diagnose my problem. He asked what I had done and then proceeded to inspect and trouble shoot the problem. He got the heater burner working and consulted with an other manufacturing expert and concluded that the heater was working properly. His timely arrival and professional expertise was greatly appreciated. He went out of his way to consult another expert and left satisfied that the problem was corrected.
I would recommend him highly.

Job Done: Replacing all old (old, old, old) galvanized pipes with copper in two bathrooms (showers/toilets/sinks), kitchen (sink, dishwasher, refridge water), washing machine, water heater & outside faucets.
We were referred to Alert Plumbing by a good friend. Ruben was very responsive to our initial call. He gave us a thorough evaluation of what he thought needed to be done, quoted a reasonable price and didn't try to upsell. Brian and all the workers were very friendly, and disruption of our home routine was kept to a minimum. They were VERY detail-oriented, from tear out, installation, clean up, and finishing touches. They even threw in some nice extras. We would hire them again in a heartbeat.

My bathroom sink, toilet, shower all decided to back up at once. Called and they were able to respond that afternoon. Took almost 2 days to get the problem fixed. Old pipes, rust etc. but Chris Ortiz stayed last night til the new fixture was in and all was running properly. Professional team .. and I might add, a caring company. Thank you.

While cleaning morning of Christmas Eve to prepare our house for a family gathering later, our main toilet ended up getting clogged.

Luckily we had a 2nd bathroom & most importantly had Chris come out to fix it for us! We were so thankful it was done within the same day since we had very low expectations to begin with but we were so pleased with their service. Would highly recommend to anyone needing help!

I got to say WATCH OUT!!! this company does a really bad job. They are nice at the beginning but once they reel you in they will do whatever it takes to take your money. They hack up the wood frame, do half ass job with the pipes (quality is bad, piping all crooked even though it will be covered with sheetrock). They will break your existing pipes and charge you a grip even though we caught them in the act. The owner doesn't do a damn thing about it but still charge us. I will report them to BBB so no others customers will experience this. Its a shame so many good reviews but just another two face company.

Contacted the business in the late afternoon, a very kind woman answered, took my information and said she'd check to see if anyone of her techs were available. She called back as promised within the hour and said that Brian would be out within the hour as well. Brian was diligent, kind and knowledgeable. His equipment failed him, and said he'd be back the next morning. (Understandable). He showed up the next morning, cleared the clogged drain, showed me the roots that were at the end of the snake. And explained (which I already knew) of a house this old, that we're going to need a drain / sewer replaced sooner than later. (I don't think I'm ever going to retire ) Nonetheless, service was excellent!! Definitely will contact Alert Plumbing again.

I noticed a wet spot in one of my downstairs bedrooms and knew I had to get in touch with someone to get it looked at ASAP. Got an appointment with Alert Plumbing the next day. Ruben and team promptly arrived, explained in detail the diagnostics activities they'd have to perform, and kept me informed every step of the way. He was very open and transparent and more importantly, incredibly patient and responsive with my many questions. Ruben and his team determined the root cause of the leak (from the upstairs master bathroom), picked up the necessary parts, and got the plumbing issue fixed in two sessions. He was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.

Highly recommend Alert Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. A few years ago this company installed a water line for my refrigerator ice maker. Yesterday Brain from Alert plumbing did an excellent job in installing a new American Standard ADA toilet. Brain fully explained what needed to be done to properly fit the new toilet to my sewer line. If possible, any new plumbing requirements I will ask for Brian to do the plumbing. As a Air Force veteran I was happy to know that Alert Plumbing offered a 10% discount to Veterans!
