Highly recommended company! Got a leaking shower valve/ cracked pipes, called late saturday and Brian showed up within the time frame. Thorough, knowledgeable, took his time to diagnose whats wrong. Explained the problem, fixed the issue , answered questions and very respectful. After the job was done he made sure the area was clean. Price was reasonable, will request his service again when needed!

Great service! I gave Alert a call to fix a kitchen sink drain with a stubborn clog, and Joey showed up very promptly. The pipes at our house were 41+ years old, and have never been changed. We called Alert Plumbing (Ruben) and automatically felt like family. With the help of his family, our 3 bathroom, 2600 square foot house was repiped in 2 days! All of our faucets are working beautifully! Ruben even let us know that our water heater needed replacing and did it right there! It's so nice to know that Alert Plumbing will be there whenever needed! They are now part of my family. My faucets has low pressure and they sent Brian out to diagnose FREE of charge. He even cleaned the faucet heads without a charge (gave him a tip) and was very knowledgeable, respectful and good at his work. I have tried so many plumbers and never had such a good experience! Highly recommend.

My upstairs bathroom's shower and kitchen faucet seemed to have low pressure, but the other faucets and toilets were working fine. I could also hear water in the wall behind the shower, which made me uneasy. My next door neighbor recommended Alert Plumbing, since she had a very good experience with them.
Bryan showed up within the time window I was given. He was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem with the shower and the kitchen water pressure. The told me what steps to take about the water I heard in the wall, because it might involve the HOA. Once I hear from them, if needed, I will call Alert Plumbing again without hesitation.
