The pipes at our house were 41+ years old, and have never been changed. We called Alert Plumbing (Ruben) and automatically felt like family. With the help of his family, our 3 bathroom, 2600 square foot house was repiped in 2 days! All of our faucets are working beautifully! Ruben even let us know that our water heater needed replacing and did it right there! It's so nice to know that Alert Plumbing will be there whenever needed! They are now part of my family. I would recommend him to anyone that has plumbing issues!

My faucets has low pressure and they sent Brian out to diagnose FREE of charge. He even cleaned the faucet heads without a charge (gave him a tip) and was very knowledgeable, respectful and good at his work. I have tried so many plumbers and never had such a good experience! Highly recommend.

My upstairs bathroom's shower and kitchen faucet seemed to have low pressure, but the other faucets and toilets were working fine. I could also hear water in the wall behind the shower, which made me uneasy. My next door neighbor recommended Alert Plumbing, since she had a very good experience with them.
Bryan showed up within the time window I was given. He was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He fixed the problem with the shower and the kitchen water pressure. The told me what steps to take about the water I heard in the wall, because it might involve the HOA. Once I hear from them, if needed, I will call Alert Plumbing again without hesitation.

We haven't started work yet but so fair Ruben has been great. Very responsive crew. Ruben is straight forward and accommodating. He didn't try to upsell or scare us into getting work done in a hurry. He gave us options and provided a very competitive quote that included permit and a 10 year warranty. When I commented that some other plumbers quoted much more. He explained Alert Plumbing is a family run business and they do the work themselves so can quote a better price compared to others that charge 30% markup using subcontractors. His hourly rate is $125 which is reasonable and fair for a licensed plumber.

Our rental house in San Jose had a serious gas leak. Our tenants, a family of 5, including a newborn, had to vacate.
Alert Plumbing, Raul, inspected, and began work right away. They even worked on their day off so the family could move back in the house!
When PGE came to turn the gas back on, they refused to climb a ladder to turn the furnace back on!
Raul's team turned it back on for the tenants.
Can't say enough about their professional AND caring service!

What a rip off. Con men. Told me pipes under house are all rusted when a real plumber came and looked, all copper plumbing. had called for blocked toilet, they ended up taking off the toilet and putting a new one on cause they couldn't clear it unless they did ... $1,050 later and a couple weeks later blocked again. There should be a law about this kind of business cheat.

We had a gas leak, and they came out first thing in the morning to check out what needed to be done. They were very responsive and very flexible on the times. They went above and beyond to get us up and running again and made sure PGE came out the same day before they would even leave! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
