They did a great job for me on one of my projects. Eric was very quick and explained everything in great detail. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

The worst. They did not do the job right, It took months to get them back out, and then, even though they told me it was under warranty, they tried to charge me twice for the same job.

I was recommended this place by a bigger company and since I needed service immediately for a backed up sewage line, this was a company that could come out the same day. The guy Eric went the rent house and unclogged the main toilet that was coming up into the bath tub. He charged me $125 but told me the sewage lines were kinda flat so I am going to have issues every few months unless I got it hydro pressured or replaced the sewage lines.

Right after he left, I called the tenant and she stated that the 2nd bathroom was still clogged. I called back immediately and had to leave a message. When I got a call back Eric stated that all the 2nd bathroom needed was to be plunged. The tenants overused the clogged toilets. A day later the tenant called and said that plunging didn't work and the 2nd toilet was now starting to back into the bathtub which they had just cleaned.

When I called back he said he will need to be paid for a 2nd visit since that work is not warranted. After arguing with him that it wasn't months... it was minutes after he left... he finally stated he will go back but to never call them again for service.

He went by the following day and flushed out the main line again but the relief valve from the attic needed to be released and he had no way to get on the roof? He advised the tenants to just use that 1 toilet? What the heck is wrong with this picture... you only clean out drains and this is not part of it? He recommended calling rotorooter... wait... why would I ever use you if I could have called them in the 1st place?

Not impressed!!! I like supporting small family owned businesses, and the dad sounds like a great guy, but not sure it reflects throughout the company.
