My husband called to have someone check out our water heater & Alejandro came out to our house immediately, on a holiday. He was very professional & most importantly, honest. He told my husband what the issue was & gave an estimate to fix it, but also told him it could be under warranty. He even offered to call our water heater manufacturer to find out if we were covered. Turns out we are covered so we did not need Alejandro's services this time, but we will absolutely call him in the future. His repair estimate was very reasonable & he did not charge us for coming out. If only all repair service companies were this honest & kind, the world would be a better place.

This Company was Amazing! I called, within 20mins., a crew showed up, under the direction of Alejandro, suited up, went under my house in search of the leak. Performed some other diagnostic tests, and Within 45 minutes, the issue was resolved! He charged me the minimum charge, and off they went! I cannot say enough about these plumbing professionals! I highly recommend this company! You won't find a better price, for professional plumbers!

Alejandro and his crew came up last minute the day before Memorial Day weekend and replaced our entire water main line from our shut off valve to the street. We found the water leak at 11:00 on Thursday night and after a search on the internet for anybody that would do the work quickly ( we had guests coming for the 3 day weekend) he responded within 2 hours of our call. We found the crew and Alejandro to be professional and direct with what needed to be done. He quoted a fair price for the scope of work and started to dig immediately. It took about 8 hours but at the end, we were relieved to find we were hooked up to our water main with no leaks. We would recommend Alejandro without a 2nd thought. P.S. his wife is bad ass with a jack hammer.

Called this company to verify a leak. When they showed up, they left for an hr. to go get batteries for their equipment. Upon their inspection I asked if Alejandro would please give me a written estimate. He said he would e mail one. Not only did he never send me one, upon their departure they left an empty case of beer in front of my house. That left an image of super unprofessional ethics for his company and his name.

I cant remember the gentlemens names but they were definitely a life saver. After a week of trying to fix the back flow of water into my garage (from washer drainage) i called a contracted a plumber through my home warranty who was unhelpful other than telling me i needed a hydro jet service that wasnt covered (grrrr) after a hour of calling around i found these angels who came out with hydro jet and fixed my problem in about two hours. The price (and expertise) they offered cant be beat.. Even if i rented equipment myself.. My go to plumbing company for any future problems i cant handle

We are having issues with spitting out hot water in showers. We asked for him to look and HELP but he did not! He didn't do anything but verbally make a recommendation within 10 mins. He didn't physically check the showers when I voiced my concern about the showers. Instead he decided to flip the switch and make our cold to hot and vise versa. He is NOT a professional. Best to spend your money elsewhere who can help resolve the issue than someone to be a scam and not help and resolve the issue. If u like someone who scams you for money, then he is the guy! Otherwise it is best to go with a company who's professional and help you find your problem and resolve the problem right there and then to ensure things are working properly before they leave.
