Definitely got my plumbing situated and fixed but was rude as hell when had to come Back because plumbing got backed up again Within 2 weeks. Me and landlord was told we had a 30 day warranty. So withing 2 weeks my plumbing stopped up again and he lost it on me and told me and landlord he would not come out again because we were using and him and didn't want to pay. Like wth I was so confused because the first time he was so nice. He was so nice I even gave him a decent tip. until he had to come out again and he flashed on me. I would have definitely recommended this business until my second encounter. Good but please don't call again if you don't plan on paying! Even with warranty.

Beware! This guy came to unclog my drain. Within a week same issue and he supposely gave me warranty for 30 days. I called him back and he wanted to charge me again. Did not hold to his warranty.

We called this guy to come fix my backed up toilets and kitchen drain. I paid him $450.00, with in a couple weeks the problem happened again, I called him 4 times, 3 times he said he was on his way, the other time he didn't answer. I only wanted him to come fix the problem that he charged me $450.00 for. Small business to small business, it's sad to see some one treat a new customer this way.

He was very helpful, friendly and followed all Covid 19 protocols. We had an issue with the plumbing during the holiday weekend. We called a lot of people who wanted to charge us a lot because of it. We called Alejandro and his price was very reasonable, He arrived very quickly and fixed the problem. We are very happy with the service.

Came out quickly to fix kitchen leak. Had to have them return as leak continued. I have chased numerous times for a receipt but still none. Told me they did not accept credit cards, although I now note that their posting states that they do. Charged me an extra $150 for 2 new lines, but believe only installed one.

This company can and will take advantage of you if they see they can get away with it. They gave me so many problems I don't work no where to start. Alejandro's plumbing shame on you for doing this to a woman in need of your services. I will make this quick as I can. This man installed a garbage disposal which took a very long time. I had a backed-up drain in my kitchen sink. So finally he leaves ask me to pay $300. I checked my sink it still backed up like nothing ever happened. I called them back to please fix my sink I just gave you $300 and nothing works. I asked them why they charged me so much money he said becauseI have to charge 25% extra because my person stood in line at home Depot to get your garbage disposal-there's so much more I can't even tell you. He comes back there's a huge mess used is all my paper towels my hand towel and my toilet paper to clean up the mess which finally he did fix the drain. After he left I checked the sink again and the pipes were all loose he never tighten the pipes and I noticed I had a leak in my front yard from him messing with the water unit outside..I asked Alejandro's plumbing to please give me a receipt to please come back and finish the job they would no longer answer the phone he said send me your email and I will send you the receipt. I'm very perplexed at this moment.. they never gave me a receipt never would accept my phone calls never would return my phone calls I was very nice throughout of course that's why I was taken advantage of. Copperfield plumbing came out fix their job and the mess they made and I thank them dearly God bless Copperfield plumbing you guys are amazing thank you so much for helping me.

I called for a toilet bowl moving around. Ricardo and an associate came 30 min after. Come to find out the two bolts holding the toilet to the ground are broken. They moved the toilet out, put a seal, and then replaced the two bolts. Done 1hr after. Reasonable price. I recommend them!

Had a very bad leak in the bathtub, it started as a small drip and then escalated into 4 tubs of hot water a day. After looking around and getting quotes from everyone else, I called Alejandro's Plumbing and they came right over and gave me a quote. The quote was very reasonable since it was less than half what everyone else was quoting and there was no charge to come look at it. After a few hours with some banging and cutting they fixed the problem. It was a little more than the quote but I had figured on that since the repairs were 30 years overdue. I am very happy with the work and the crew.I will be calling them again for all my plumbing projects.

My husband called to have someone check out our water heater & Alejandro came out to our house immediately, on a holiday. He was very professional & most importantly, honest. He told my husband what the issue was & gave an estimate to fix it, but also told him it could be under warranty. He even offered to call our water heater manufacturer to find out if we were covered. Turns out we are covered so we did not need Alejandro's services this time, but we will absolutely call him in the future. His repair estimate was very reasonable & he did not charge us for coming out. If only all repair service companies were this honest & kind, the world would be a better place.
