Alex had previously completed a job for me over one year ago. He had replaced some shower controls and piping that were really hard to get to. He did a great job and I am very pleased with the job he did. Today, I had the main line backed up and called Alex. He answered my call right away and came by my home in a timely manner. The line was cleared and all is well. His service was excellent and he is very professional. Price was also very pleasing.

Alex did another great job for me. He installed a new shower valve inside the shower wall with a new shower head. And also installed a new bathroom faucet. He patched up the hole and it looks great. I would have had a hard time doing this myself but Alex made everything go as planned.

I would give more than 5 stars to Alejandro. He did a remarkable job on installing my water heater, not only that he charged a reasonable price, but he did the job pretty well. I'm glad that I found such a hard working, honest and reliable person. I would highly recommend his company. It's rare to find such honest people these days. Alejandro explained the process in detail and how to do maintenance on the heater.

Alex gets 5 stars from me and I'd give more if I could. He answered the first time I called. He was available for same day service. He was communicative about his estimated arrival time. He diagnosed my water heater right away and got right to it. He was very detailed in his explanation and offered me several options to fix. He was also very flexible with payment type (I never have checks and probably couldn't find the checkbook if I needed to.)

All in all, the job was well done and all of the other little things like being available right away, being communicative, knowledgeable, etc., all contribute to a top notch 5 star rating where I can confidently say I would absolutely do business with him and highly recommend him to others.

I developed a water leak in my main line on Saturday afternoon. I called a few places before calling Alex, but they were all either unavailable during the weekend or wanted to add surcharges. Alex on the other hand made it out to my home quickly and completed the job.

Not only am I giving him a good review for being available on weekends, but he actually did the job for a better rate, and had my problem resolved quickly! By the time Monday came around the issue had been resolved and everything was back to normal. I can't imagine being in a house with your family for a couple of days without water.

Alex was professional, knowledgeable and prepared. He quickly diagnosed the issue, discussed several options to resolve it, and clearly provided a quote. His work van was also fully stocked with all the needed tools and supplies.

I even requested him to tighten the kitchen faucet and he did it free if charge
