Mike at ""Aleck Plumbing"" was by my home today and did an outstanding job repairing two toilets. He called in advance when he was in route, arrived before the expected job start time, quickly diagnosed the problem with both toilets, fixed the issues and provided a fair price ahead of time. It's so refreshing to deal with a company that you can trust, that truly does deliver. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone needing plumbing service.

I feel that most people have worries about finding a reliable plumber or electrician that they can trust, & when you find one, you tend to be loyal. I can feel that trust with Aleck Plumbing. I had a a few issues with my plumbing in my bathroom (shower & toilet) & they fixed them. As a disabled person, I have different needs than most people & they were sensitive to make sure that I got the necessary service that I needed. I fully recommend them as they were so great.

We had an issue with our shower head being unstable and contacted Aleck plumbing based off of some recommendations on the Next Door app. Aleck plumbing came out for a very reasonable price, got the job done in a timely manner, and the gentleman who did the job, Rick, was PHENOMENAL! He was so friendly and professional! If we weren't moving out of state, I would 100% use their services again, and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone that needs a plumber!!!

Had Aleck back again to rework the plumbing in our laundry room. Once again they did a fantastic job - Mike was professional and we couldn't be more pleased. Luckily his work exposed a hidden problem that needed to be fixed. We didn't hesitate to have Mike come out again and handle it. When you have a 100+ year old house, it is important to have a plumber you can trust!!

Aleck was scheduled to come to our house to replace a sump pump and camera a drain line under our house to evaluate for repairs. About 30 minutes before their arrival, we had a sewage backup in our basement. We called them right away and they were able to round up the needed equipment to handle the emergency situation at the same time. The service was impeccable, from the communication to the repair tech who was sent. Ed was friendly and professional and brought some calm to a very chaotic situation. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had issues removing and replacing two bathroom faucets. My drain pipes did not align properly and it wasn't a straightforward job. After 3 trips to the hardware store and a lot of grief, I finally called Aleck Plumbing. The service professional was fantastic, on time, courteous and completed a tricky job with flying colors.
