*BEWARE* Don't call them after hours! It was a Sunday when I called them for water coming up from under my toilet and we could not flush or use water. Their technician was at my house for less than 20 minutes. He walked around and said the ground is wet, there is nothing I can do and to use water sparingly, but he still billed us 300.00. When we initially called them they never disclosed their outrageous rate. The problem persisted a couple more days so we called metro rooter. They came out and found the problem within minutes and fixed it for a fraction of the cost.

Tony and John came by today to fix our plumbing after another plumber efforts to fix the problem. The estimated time was 4 hours, they fixed it in an hour and change. They are professional and courteous of a living space. They took their shoes off at 1st to respect the sign we have but then I said no need, you'll be coming back and forth. They swept up all debris and patched up the large gaping hole created underneath the sink after replacing piping. Now no FL critters can come inside the home as we wait for the drywall to be fixed. Finally after 5 days of not being able to use our kitchen sink, the problem was corrected today. Thanks so much!

The worst you could possibly find.. My tenant went ahead and called Aldridge&Sons Plumbing for a toilet back up, the """"plumber"""" showed up and ran a 50' drain snake and leaves without checking if he has fixed the problem. How about a $ 205 tab for sitting half of the time in the van doing """"paperwork"""". Called them back in the same day and this time two """"plumbers"""" show up with a sectional drain snake which they kept running from the vent (roof), I asked them.. ( why not remove the commodes and try from there..??) I was told """"they got it...and if still backs up..will have to bring a camera"""" The next day had to go and rent a 5/8 x 100' snake and drilled through in and hour and half from both sides (removed toilets) Will not hire nor recommend this company, unqualified at best.

***BEWARE*** NEVER USE****. He clearly said we charge $92 per hour. He worked a total of 12 mins ON THE DOT and charged me $300. For what?! Oh its time and a half for coming at 5:15 pm. Its $90 trip charge and it takes 30 minutes to write up an invoice. And we charge for using our equipment and speaking english and some other BS! So you are gonna charge me for writing an invoice!? """"Yes."""" he said. And he goes im actually giving you a discount for only charging you $300 NEVER USE THEM!!! Beware!!!

Terrible experience. First of all, when I set up the appt I told the dispatcher that you have to go thru the visitor entrance so that the security company can call me to authorize your entrance. The morning of my appt I'm sitting by the phone waiting for the call and there is a knock on my door """"hi I'm from the plumber company"""" is all he said. """"Ummm...how did you get in?"""" And he said """"oh I just followed someone in"""" and I said """"that's a major security violation"""" and how was I supposed to know that he was who he said he was. That was beyond disturbing in my view. Anyway I told him my hot water wasn't working. He walked in my shower and turned on the faucet and put his hand under the water then he shrugged his shoulder and said dismissively """"feels warm to me"""" and basically dismissing me as if my concerns didn't matter. It was early in the morning and I was already upset and unnerved that this guy violated security rules and got past security without notifying anyone and now he acted like I had hot water when I didn't. Now it's almost a week later and I still have no hot water and I got charged $150 and nothing was done.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I contacted them after realizing I had a water leak which was causing incredibly high utility bills. They not only fixed the leak but improved my existing plumbing. This company goes above and beyond to help their customers, the service is impeccable and the cost is very reasonable. Scott was my plumber and will be the first person I call if I ever have plumbing issues.

WOW! I called Aldridge and Sons in a panic. We sold our home and were having the house inspection the next day. We turned on the shower and the water wouldn't shut off! I spoke with Frank who instantly calmed me down. A technician was at my home within the hour. He not only quickly fixed the problem, but went through the house checking the drain plugs and other nuisance plumbing items that needed fixing for the inspection. I HIGHLY recommend this company. They even called back the next day to followup on the service call. I'm impressed with this reliable and customer service oriented local business.

Bad service and unprofessional. Used Fenwick and David Gray Plumbing in past service but can be busy during certain times. Worth the wait to use more professional services
