I had a leaky toilet and they were able to send someone out the next day. Drew was super nice, talked me through the issue and got it fixed quickly. He even tweaked a couple of other things he found while he was here. If I ever have another plumbing issue, I will definitely be calling them again.

I called on Monday and my appointment was for Tuesday between 1-3pm. I was texted a little before 1 to say that Tanner was on his way and he arrived promptly. I have had a leaking sink and I was just keeping a pot under my sink but I'm so glad I called! The job was done in less than an hour, and they replaced my old pipes with upgraded plastic pipes. My sink works perfectly now. They explained what they were doing during the process and they were so polite and professional and friendly! If I ever need a plumber again I will use Alder Plumbing without hesitation!

Andrew came out to fix a leak under the sink, but when he turned the valve back on, the leak did not recur. He spent some time trying to make the leak recur, and tightened up a couple of packing bushings, but we still don't know what happened. Intermittent problems are the worst. Andrew is very personable. We were grateful that he came when he said that he would, for the after hours call.

Last week I made an appointment for Alder Plumbing to come to my home to repair a shower leak and a leak under my kitchen sink. The appointment was for 4pm the following day. I work an hour away, so I left work early to get home on time. No one ever showed, nor did they return my repeated phone calls or texts to any of the phone numbers I could find for the business. As of this posting, no one has ever made any attempt to contact me. Service doesn't get any worse than this. AVOID THIS ""BUSINESS""! There are lots of plumbers; find another one (I did).

Called Tyler to have someone come change a part on my hot water heater and he had an employee at my house by 8:00 the next morning. They got the job done in a timely manner and were very knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend them and use them again if needed. Thanks Tyler for responding so quickly!
