BEWARE! Their prices are absolutely criminal!
Due to work schedules and shipping times to get the part in ourselves we decided to have Alco come out and replace our capacitor. We were quoted an $85 service fee OR the price of parts. I know the round about price of a capacitor so we were comfortable with this. Even knowing the price of the part would be inflated.
Alco showed up, did 15 minutes of work, knocked on my door and said, "go ahead and turn the AC on" and then said "that'll be $480.00 but I went ahead and gave you a 15% discount".
In hindsight I should have told him to remove the part but I did not know I had that option.
Yes, we are paying for a service, for a convenience and for knowledge but $480 on a $50 part and less than 20 minutes of work is criminal.
We called the next day to chat with someone about this, hoping it was a mistake and were told point blank, "sorry, that's business". They will never get our business again.

Be prepared for a shock when you see their prices. Unlike most contractors, ALCO does not charge on a time and materials basis. They have a fixed price book to cover every type of repair. You might guess that their fixed price covers the worst possible contingencies just to be safe, therefore higher prices. ALCO did the exact repair I had done a year ago by Jacks A/C. ALCO price was triple the price I paid last year.

i can't say enough good about them. we bought a heater. They were very professional and took pride in their work. The room the old heater was in needed lots of love and when they left it looked like they had remodeled it , it was that good. The new heater is wonderful too, very quiet. I definitely recommend them!

I noticed in the night that the blower for our AC was on longer than usual. I went outside and AC unit fan was not working. This morning, I called Alco and they said they could have someone come out mid morning. The repairmen said the fan needed replacing and they could put in a temporary one for now. They quoted me a price that was good. Then one of the repairemen made a call and said, "We have the motor in stock". It cost $200 less than the original quote. It is 11:00 am and our house is already cooler. I really appreciate Alco, they are an answer to prayer!
