I recently had Alchemy Plumbing to some work for me and I am very pleased. From the initial phone call to completion of the job (on time by the way) everything was handled professionally and promptly. I would highly recomend them !

Alchemy came to give a bid on a job. They charge $85 for this. At the time I gave them half down on the project, $1500. This was a mistake. I ended up going with another company and called to get a refund. They wanted to charge me $185 because the techs spent more time on site. After I protested they agreed to refund the deposit minus the original $85 they said they would charge. The lesson is, don't put down money until you have all the other bids. I think Alchemy was fair in the end.

Drew and Steven were great. They were able to replace my beeping sump pump the same day they came to look at it. They were very professional and provided exceptional service. The office staff are also great and easy to talk to. They made sure I can easily reach out to them if I need more assistance. Really wonderful experience with Alchemy. I'm so glad I found them.

The team did a great job fixing the leak I had and I'm so thankful they were able to get it fixed quickly, fall rain brings cooler nights, thankful no cold showers after the speedy repair. The price was in line with other companies they just had a quicker turn around time and I'm thankful they were able to save me. Definitely will be recommending them to friends in the future. The place was cleaned up as well.

These guys are a class act! Ethical, honest and true to their word. We had a challenging plumbing issue and they did not give up on us and when things didn't go well, they made it right. This level of customer service and ethics is extremely rare - we really appreciate it.

Reviews said reasonable pricing, so I went ahead and booked an appointment for the nominal $85 fee. My repairs required replacing a shower valve cartridge, and installing a kitchen faucet. I had bought my own faucet. They were just going to install it. Quote given was for 1 1/2 hours PER task. $651.91 to install the faucet. $638.15 to replace the cartridge. Seriously. I don't understand contractors wanting to be paid the level of neurosurgeons. I'll be getting a handyman. These are not complex repairs. I would not recommend this business.

AVOID - needed a toilet flange replaced (I have the toilet, wax ring, etc... just needed a replacement flange, should have been at most a 2-3 hour job). They wouldn't give a quote over the phone, had to send someone to look at the job. Today the tech quoted around $1,450.

I thought I was hiring a small, reputable company, and expected the quote to be a bit over Google value to replace a flange ($145-$165) given labor - but definitely not $1,450 for a simple replacement of a plastic flange. Look elsewhere, this is price gouging.

The best! Most honorable plumbers. This time they re-piped and did a life changing job that improved our water pressure greatly. When there was an issue with the estimate they had the utmost integrity. Our home is improved with every job they do for us. They are in a complete different league than most plumbers

During this recent awful storm my home suffered a catastrphic burst water pipe . My general contractor arranged for Alchemy Plumbing to come out .
Josh Panoch came out . Was on-time . Professional . Brought everything he needed to repair things with him . Was engaging , AND , explained everything
as he went along making sure i knew my options and costs that would be incurred , Certainly , it was costly , As , these people are working double time
right now . But , the costs were fair , and , explained . I highlt recommend
