I would not recommend this company. I called to request an estimate for a bathroom renovation project. Someone answered the phone and see they would be over the next day. No one ever showed. For some reason, I called back. I get some to come out this time. I show the plumber my bathroom and he agrees to send me an estimate for the work. To this day, I've never heard back from this company.

I like to use LOCAL companies because it helps the LOCAL economy. I chose ALCA Plumbing Co. Located at 3512 Foxwood Blvd. in Wesley Chapel simply because it is a small business and local. The tech, Miguel was friendly and did a great job. I asked him about a couple of other services. He called his boss to get pricing. I thought the pricing was outrageous so, I declined. I called a couple of other Plumbers and was able to get the same services I was looking for and saved 70% compared to ALCA's pricing and could have saved an additional $100 if I would have NOT hired them to replace a simple cartridge. ALCA is now on my """" DO NOT DO FUTURE BUSINESS WITH"""" List. The 3 stars above are only for the excellent attitude and quick work of the tech, Miguel and the fact I did not do comparative pricing on the cartridge which cost me $210.00. Compare pricing BEFORE doing business with any company!

Vincent the technician was very polite and very knowledgeable about the problem. He worked quickly to try and diagnose and treat the plumbing issue in the house. Then he also made sure that there were no other issues before cleaning up and leaving. I highly recommend this company with any emergency plumbing needs.

Wonderful company returns your calls promptly. Very helpful and did a awesome putting a new Kitchen faucet plus reworking the sink plumbing. I will use ACLA again and tell my friends. I couldn't be happier.

I needed a new hot water heater. I'm VERY happy I decided to call ALCA Plumbing. My call was answered quickly and we set a same-day appointment. The guy arrived on time, friendly and instantly helpful. As a weird coincidence, my neighbor showed up outside -- it turned out that he called ALCA plumbing too, for his own issue, and his appointment was set that day as well. My neighbor has been a customer for a while apparently, and I can understand why. These guys know what they're doing and they stand by their work. Now, ALCA is not the cheapest -- and their payment policy is a throwback to 1989 (cash or check only) - but, whatever. Bottom line: I would not hesitate to call ALCA again. Highly recommended.

Miguel from Alca plumbing was great! He came out on short notice and did a great job. He was also very helpful in answering questions and giving advice to someone who knows very little about plumbing. Also I could tell he took pride in ensuring things were done the right way. I will definitely use Alca again if I ever need a reliable and honest plumber!

So Anthony installed a water softner for me in my garage. It was couple of months ago. The work he did was good. but he did not follow code and the plumbing was in violation according to city rules. There was a tiny leak in the back of the softner which I did not catch. I called and left him message, and received no response. If he did something wrong, it is his responsibility to come and correct it. But he has never called me back. I am now going to hire another professional to repair the damage he caused and spend more than I had anticipated. I paid anthony over $600 for the job. Do your research before hiring. He has good reviews on here, but he clearly does not know code violations exist.
