I noticed our water heater was leaking and call Alca Plumbing. Anthony was prompt and courteous and very accommodating. He called me back within minutes of giving him the info of our heater and told me he would be out the next day to install a new unit. Our existing unit was a hybrid heater but Anthony explained to me that for our household a hybrid was overkill so we decided to go with a more traditional heater. Anthony called me next day to tell me upon calling the manufacturer of our old unit it was still under warranty (9 years old) and that it would be replaced with a new hybrid unit. This saved us almost $400! Technician Josh came out next day removed old, installed and tested the new unit. Everything works great! I highly recommend Alca Plumbing, very professional service.

We needed shut off valves to install a new dishwasher. We also needed a new hot water heater. ALCA Plumbing answered the call, and was able to provide next day service. They worked very quickly and efficiently. We now have our new dishwasher installed, and a new water heater that is excellent! We would highly recommend this plumbing service!

I would not recommend this company. I called to request an estimate for a bathroom renovation project. Someone answered the phone and see they would be over the next day. No one ever showed. For some reason, I called back. I get some to come out this time. I show the plumber my bathroom and he agrees to send me an estimate for the work. To this day, I've never heard back from this company.

I like to use LOCAL companies because it helps the LOCAL economy. I chose ALCA Plumbing Co. Located at 3512 Foxwood Blvd. in Wesley Chapel simply because it is a small business and local. The tech, Miguel was friendly and did a great job. I asked him about a couple of other services. He called his boss to get pricing. I thought the pricing was outrageous so, I declined. I called a couple of other Plumbers and was able to get the same services I was looking for and saved 70% compared to ALCA's pricing and could have saved an additional $100 if I would have NOT hired them to replace a simple cartridge. ALCA is now on my """" DO NOT DO FUTURE BUSINESS WITH"""" List. The 3 stars above are only for the excellent attitude and quick work of the tech, Miguel and the fact I did not do comparative pricing on the cartridge which cost me $210.00. Compare pricing BEFORE doing business with any company!

Vincent the technician was very polite and very knowledgeable about the problem. He worked quickly to try and diagnose and treat the plumbing issue in the house. Then he also made sure that there were no other issues before cleaning up and leaving. I highly recommend this company with any emergency plumbing needs.

Wonderful company returns your calls promptly. Very helpful and did a awesome putting a new Kitchen faucet plus reworking the sink plumbing. I will use ACLA again and tell my friends. I couldn't be happier.
