I needed a new hot water heater. I'm VERY happy I decided to call ALCA Plumbing. My call was answered quickly and we set a same-day appointment. The guy arrived on time, friendly and instantly helpful. As a weird coincidence, my neighbor showed up outside -- it turned out that he called ALCA plumbing too, for his own issue, and his appointment was set that day as well. My neighbor has been a customer for a while apparently, and I can understand why. These guys know what they're doing and they stand by their work. Now, ALCA is not the cheapest -- and their payment policy is a throwback to 1989 (cash or check only) - but, whatever. Bottom line: I would not hesitate to call ALCA again. Highly recommended.

Miguel from Alca plumbing was great! He came out on short notice and did a great job. He was also very helpful in answering questions and giving advice to someone who knows very little about plumbing. Also I could tell he took pride in ensuring things were done the right way. I will definitely use Alca again if I ever need a reliable and honest plumber!

So Anthony installed a water softner for me in my garage. It was couple of months ago. The work he did was good. but he did not follow code and the plumbing was in violation according to city rules. There was a tiny leak in the back of the softner which I did not catch. I called and left him message, and received no response. If he did something wrong, it is his responsibility to come and correct it. But he has never called me back. I am now going to hire another professional to repair the damage he caused and spend more than I had anticipated. I paid anthony over $600 for the job. Do your research before hiring. He has good reviews on here, but he clearly does not know code violations exist.

Finally, a plumbing company that does good work for a reasonable price! Miguel was awesome! Arrived on time. Was very personable. Replaced the outside faucet in the amount of time I was told it would take and for the price I was quoted. He also took the time to answer questions about other repairs I want done. I will most definitely use Alca Plumbing again and recommend them to anyone looking for a good affordable plumber.

Anthony was on time for a mid-day appointment. They did very good work, had some good tips on how to patch up around where they did the work, and their fee was reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them to others.

I needed to replace my water heater, and Anthony came out in a timely manner. His workmanship was excellent, and his reasonable price beat all other estimates. The final price ended up being true to his original estimate, and he never tried selling me extras I didn't need.
