We had our garbage disposal clog up on Thanksgiving. Called and left a message at 8:00 PM. They called back the next morning (Black Friday) at 9:00 and gave me a window of 10-noon. Chris arrived within the time frame, cleared the clog in the kitchen and also cleared two other sinks that were running slow.
Words of advice: Don't put tea bags or sweet potato peels in your garbage disposal.
Chris was on time, knew what he was doing, did it in a timely manner and left us very happy that we had called Allied.

I just had a great experience with this company. We had a buzz in a water line in our basement. It had been running for a few days, and I was pulling my hair out. Finally my wife motivated me to get it fixed. Of course this was now close to 3pm on Friday, and my sons birthday. Not very good timing, but weekend wasn't sounding much better. Long story short, they showed up at 3:30 and found the leak in a very tight crawl space which turned out to be an abandoned HW copper line that was capped off in galvanized. Who does that. Disconnecting the line at the water heater was the best option but crawling thru that tight no-man's land was necessary to find the problem. Thanks to Allied plumbing the weekend is looking much much better. Problem solved when everybody else was saying I needed to wait 4-5 more days.
