I had a leak in my toilet which was causing issues in the wall. When I requested a response from Albright's I specifically mentioned that I have a speech impairment and that texting was the most efficient way to communicate with me. Tracy responded within about a half hour of that request via text and asked me when I would like to make my appointment. I asked if any openings were available today and they responded with yes, so I set that up.

Jesse and another repair person came out to my house within the allotted time window, and were very cordial and professional. They were upfront with their pricing, and explained what they believed the issues were. They were also very specific to note that the cost might increase if the issues required further investigation. Fortunately for myself and my roommate, the issues appear to be as the repair people suspected. No more leaky toilet or kitchen sink (the sink had been an issue for awhile).

I highly recommend this company for their promptness, professionalism and all around cordiality. They also appear to read the requests for individual accommodations (i.e. texting over speaking on the phone).

I really appreciate how responsive and available Albright was when I called to have them unclog the drain on my HVAC. I like how they always knew what I was talking about and I could understand their lingo when giving me expert advice. I didn't feel pressured in any way either. Jobs they did were clean and no stress operations, looking forward to their oversight on my unit in the future.

Paid $200 to get my boiler serviced about two months ago and they still have not done the job. They did come back a month later and I thought it was for the boiler but no, it was for another service and they said $700 please... it felt like an ambush.

If you want something to actually get fixed, call a different company.

We called Albright over 3 weeks ago because our AC wasn't working. They sent someone out about a week after we called. He assessed the system and gave us a diagnostic, then said he'd be back out Friday at 11:00. On Friday around 3:00 pm another tech showed up. No they did not call to give us a heads up that they would be 4 hours late.

We expected our system to be fixed on this visit, but nope. The second tech spent over an hour and a half doing ANOTHER ASSESSMENT! Guess what? He gave us the SAME report as the tech who had come out earlier in the week. They said they would return by Wednesday. Well, Wednesday came and went. We called and they said ""next Wednesday for sure."" We ask if they will be FINALLY fixing it and they say no. They are now sending out the main tech to look at it.

I'm calling another company. How many times do they need to assess it to keep coming up with the same report?! I don't need it assessed again. I need it fixed!

Moral of the story; if you want your system assessed to death, call Albright. If you want your problem to be fixed, DON'T call Albright.

Called for a quote. The young lady helped me out and scheduled for the next morning., we were told between 8 - 10 AM. Our door bell rang at 8:15. Nathan looked the job over and we were satisfied with the quote. Not long before the job was finished. Very pleased. Nathan and his helper were courteous and did a super job. The whole process was 5 star.

QUALITY SERVICE AT EXCESSIVE HOURLY RATES!! We paid over $250/hr for labor in replacing a well. This time includes a 30 minutes round trip to Home Depot to buy the pump that Albright later marked up the price on.

Our well pump went out, and Albright sent someone quickly although it was during business hours. The technician confirmed that my well had gone bad. He went to HD to buy the pump and replaced the well fairly quickly. I did appreciate learning more about my well while helping the technician but a flat fee of $989 for a $405 pump (HD price) in only 2:15 of time seems very high. The repair was in the middle of the day and the technician admitted he didn't have other work on his schedule which makes us question all the extra markups. We asked other contractors, and typical rates start at $75/hr. Hence use caution and prepare to pay a large premium for Albright's work.

HVAC system wasn't working - previously worked on by another business (not Albright). The Albrights tech came in and I had air with 10 minutes. He was polite and courteous

If I could give negative stars to this business I would do so happily. The amount of run-around just to get taken care of is sad. I would never treat my own clients with such disregard. Take your hard-earned money to any other HVAC business, you'll be better for it. So of course my AC quits on the hottest day of the year, and the temperatures quickly rise in the house this morning. I contacted Albright's at 11:00am and they have someone call me a short time later and say they will be out between 60-90 minutes later. No problem, I'm sure they're busy. He arrives in the time-frame and takes a look. I told him I know the system is almost 30 years old and may need to be replaced. The tech told me he has nothing to do with that and a short time later tells me the capacitor is bad and he can replace it for $316 out the door. I hate throwing money at a 30 year old system, but need AC in the heat with my young child and he said he has nothing to do with replacing a unit. I agree to pay and the part is replaced. The tech tells me that the new part is in but the fan on the condenser won't come on, but to turn the system off for an hour and then it will work. I ask what happens if it doesn't and he said to call him and it would get taken care of. He left just before 1:00 pm, and a couple minutes after 2:00 pm, I turn the unit on, the fan comes on but doesn't seem to be blowing very cold. I left the system run along with 4 ceiling fans on the first floor on high and a window AC unit on the second floor on high for over an hour and a half and the temperature only dropped a few degrees just under 80 in the house. I called the technician back who said he's not in the area, but he'll send another tech out. I waited for two hours, because I'm sure there's plenty of work in this heat, and without hearing from anyone or seeing anyone, I called back. At that time the initial tech says, well we will be out sometime tomorrow for sure. I explain that I will be working out of town tomorrow, and that doesn't help my family tonight. A few minutes later I receive a call from the second tech who says he would be here by 11:00 pm, a mere twelve hours after my initial call for emergency service. I fully understand being busy, that's why paying an emergency rate was no issue, but Albright's can rest assured that $316 dollars will be the last of mine or my extended family's money they will receive, and they certainly won't be on the list for my system replacement that will probably be in the neighborhood of $5,000, especially if their techs ""have nothing to do with that."" I guess gone are the days when service actually meant something to those in the service industry.

We called the company on a Sunday afternoon as when we turned the air conditioner on at my 98 year old mother's house,, the fan was not working. This was an emergency and they showed up on the stated time and replaced the motor and relay. It was an expensive visit but we were glad that we could get it fixed the same day. My only issue with the company is that when I called them after we received the invoice, I inquired about a senior discount. After a number of calls to the company, I was told that it needed to be requested at the time of service and they couldn't (or wouldn't) revise the invoice. A shame they couldn't honor that for a 98 year old woman.

I had a terrible experience with this company and just want to warn others. They sent their Z team instead of their A team to replace my A/C unit. I am 81 years old and in all my life, I have never seen a more unprofessional, inexperienced, sloppy pair of individuals. Why Albright would risk their good reputation by sending these two into anyone's home is a mystery to me. I am so disappointed that Mr. Don Albright would think so little of my situation that he would not have told me he was not sending his best people to fix my problem. I could have waited until his A team was available. Not a good way to do business and I cannot and would not recommend this company to anyone.
