I hire this company a few years ago to reroute the output tube from my HVAC unit to the kitchen sink. He had to drill some holes in the back of some of my kitchen cabinets in order to get the tube to the sink. While moving my stove he noticed there was a small space between electric cable and the wall. I mentioned I was having mice problems so he was nice enough to use some silicone foam to seal up the small openings. The water being discharged from the HVAC unit flows to the kitchen sink pipe as it should and I no longer had a mice problem after that.

I know this company for some time, we started with replacing an old AC to new one, all work was done super fast mid summer, 95F, no issues so far with AC! This winter our water tank leaked. Alborz was the only company who were able to figure out how to fix our system fast and give us heat. We were opportunistic and asked them to install electric water heater. They did such an amazing job, we are really happy and finally are taking a shower!

In late winter 2020 and autumn 2021 my heat would start turning off and not turn back on right away even though i was calling for heat. My usual plumber/heating person couldn't help. Alborz came in and fixed it and it's been working well ever since, They're expensive, but so far they've been worth it.

I scheduled an appointment to receive a quote to install mini splits this past spring and no one showed up twice. On the third try, Sam was so late that I reached back out to the office to ask him not to come. He finally showed up as I was talking to the receptionist. While performing the walkthrough of my place, he continually asked me questions about what other contractors told me and disagreed with their assessments, but he did not provide his own opinion even when pressed. He left saying he would email me a quote which I never received which is fine since I doubt I would have gone with them anyways given this experience.

We were desperate because our daughter's central A/C broke in her new condo, it's so hot in August and she has a medical condition that makes heat very dangerous for her. We found Alborz Corp here on Yelp and were very impressed with their excellent reviews so gave them a call. They were fully booked but moved things around to fit us in and were out to service her A/C within an hour. Sam, the owner, came with his assistant and they could not have been nicer. Sam was very honest and you could tell he took great pride in his work. He fixed the AC right away, installed a new, better thermostat that my daughter can control from her phone, installed an additional air conditioner in my daughters bedroom just in case there's ever a problem again, changed the filter and got her a/c back and running in no time. We are so thankful to them for coming out to help on such short notice. If you have any A/C problems, do not hesitate to give them a call. We highly recommend them; you will not be disappointed!

One of my AC zones stopped working during a heat wave and Alborz was quick to respond and good communication. Workers were pleasant and efficient and definitely not trying to pad the bill (paying hourly rate). There was a small hiccup in the repair and they came back almost immediately to remedy it. Owner is reachable by cell and trying to earn an honest living by working hard. Only weird thing is they invoice you so you don't know final bill for a day or two (you can guess labor unknown is parts cost). Also had to prepay the diagnostic fee but the workers showed up (10 mins early!) so don't mind doing that.

I had difficulty with my AC unit not venting out cold air and whistling. When they arrived, they were friendly and said that there was low coolant in the system. After they refilled the coolant, they claimed the issue had been fixed. However, it was obvious that the AC was still not venting cold air and nothing had changed. I put my hand up to the vent and it was clear that it was not flowing properly. The technician claimed that it would be resolved within a half hour, and unfortunately I said okay and they left.

Nothing changed after a half hour. After paying the bill, I reached back out to them and said that the issue was not resolved. They claimed that they would ask the technician and then never responded. After a few more days without AC, I discovered that the vent dampener was damaged and was the part that needed to be replaced - nothing about the coolant.

Since Alborz corp ignored my concerns that cold air was not flowing and left the job despite me saying that there was still a problem, I do not recommend them.

This company 100% deserves their excellent Yelp rating! I reached out to several highly-rated companies for my AC repair need. Alborz was not only the first to reply, they were the only ones who were willing to repair a ductless system that they hadn't installed themselves.

What impressed me the most:
-- Great communications and office support from Jamie;
-- Sam (owner) and Jamie were very accommodating to my questions and concerns;
-- They were able to provide same-day non-emergency service, though a little luck was involved here because they had a crew already in my area;
-- The team of Antonio and Deward was hardworking, respectful, efficient, and thorough. Antonio did not get frustrated when I was unable to clear away a heavy piece of furniture, and he did an amazing job working in a tight space.

Their pricing was reasonable, and this company takes pride in its excellent reputation. I highly recommend trying Alborz first among the other highly-rated HVAC companies on this site.
