These guys are awesome. Called them because my HVAC wasn't working and they came by the next day to diagnose the issue. The motor needed to replaced and they went out of their way to replace it on the weekend as it was going to be 90°F. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and affordable team for HVAC needs!

I ran into wiring issues when trying to install a smart thermostat on a Friday night, and ended up without heat. I put in a Yelp inquiry, and Sam responded within a few minutes. He showed up first thing the next morning and got my heat going again, and explained what would need to be done to allow me to connect my smart thermostat. He wore a mask the entire time, and was incredibly helpful and personable. I highly recommend him!!

We've had them out to service the HVAC systems in our triple decker several times and every time they are so quick to respond. They always either pick up or call back right away, and they are here within a short time, especially if it's an emergency. They do good work and go above and beyond to make sure that the system is working well and to give advice on how to keep it running smoothly. And they were wearing masks and kept them on the whole time-- not something that every contractor we've had here has done.

A friend suggested this company to me last week (heating pump was not working). Sam stopped by within a couple of hours... did a diagnostics... sent me a detailed proposal within a day, and a few days later he stopped by with one more guy, fixed everything in just a couple of hours, and left my place sparkling clean behind. After getting a brand new Bryant furnace last month, our Nest thermostat started acting up - until finally today the heat wouldn't even kick on. With temps beginning to plummet - worried about our 96 year old mother getting cold - we put the Yelp ""bat signal"" out - knowing that getting someone on a Sunday might be a challenge. We actually got several responses, but Sam was the first to respond - within minutes. Within the hour he was at the house - wearing a mask - and ready for action. He quickly identified that the Nest was malfunctioning. He recommended the Emerson Sensi smart thermostat which he said performs more reliably - and was in his truck. He walked me through the app download/set up - and the heat kicked right back in. One the way out, he also noticed the previous furnace team had installed the inflow/outflow cover backwards - causing a dangerous situation. He fixed that too - at no charge! There was a $180 weekend/emergency fee - but I was happy to pay it when it got us back up and running so quickly and painlessly.

Our baseboard hot water heat was not working after the coldest day of the year (so far). I saw the great reviews on Yelp & reached out. They lived up the hype. Sam & Francisco were here by noon & had replaced our failed circulator pump within an hour. Jamie coordinated everything from the timing to the billing through text, which was great. She gave us 10 minutes before they arrived & was accurate with the timing.

Sam & Francisco answered all our questions (how to tell when the circulator pump fails, other issues they fixed during the 1 hour included adjusting the baseboards & fixing the loose aquastat).

I def found my HVAC company from here on out. They were here within hours, had me fixed even faster & were very fair on the price.

I have been using Alborz for the past couple of years for the heating in my home.

They are a great company from top to bottom. They are extremely responsive and prompt with their scheduling. While their guys in the field are courteous, respectful and reliable.

I have used them for regular boiler servicing. But most recently, I had them change the heating set up (adding thermostats and zones) in my unit and i couldn't be happier with how it has worked out.

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company to look after their home heating/cooling.
