Very happy and thankful for their service. On Saturday, 7/18/20, in the outset of heat wave (97F) my central AC broke. Sila, who installed it just two years ago, came, charged me $350 for the weekend visit and left in 5 minutes. They told me that they don't replace just condensers, instead, they have to replace the whole outdoor unit (4 grand plus) ,and since somebody else did the maintenance last year, they won't claim warranty with Lenox on my behalf because they ""loose their standing"". So, they literally left me and my family dead in the water.
So, I called Alborz. Sam came on the weekend, did the diagnostics, contacted manufacturer, and a day later my AC is up again. I think, they charged me quite reasonably and, based on how careful they were tuning things up, I have no doubt in the quality of the work. Friendly and professional. Thank you, Alborz!

My AC broke on a Saturday during a heatwave, and my usual contractor had no slot available for weeks (and was charging an exorbitant amount for an after-hours visit if I needed something faster). I found Alborz on Yelp, and I'm glad I did. Sam answered the phone quickly, and I was able to set up a same-day appointment. He came right on time, and found the issue (a blown compressor) immediately. Sam even ended up having the correct replacement part in his truck, and in less than 30 minutes my AC unit was back on! His rates were also extremely reasonable, all-in it was less than my former contractor was charging just to show up. I'll definitely use Alborz again and highly recommend

Would not use again. Based on the reviews on Yelp, seemed like a good option, but I was wildly unimpressed for a simple AC servicing. The owner never called me back, so I spoke with the coordinator only, who did not have any idea of price (but said usually ~$150, depending on needs). However, she required a $100 deposit before arrival, which seemed a very high percentage given her inability to confirm a price for a regular tune up.

The tech arrived roughly on time, but had a language barrier. His workmanship and conduct was fine, but no one was able to explain any of the work being done, answer questions, or explain the status of the system. After cleaning and servicing the unit for 30 minutes, I was later called with an invoice of $250, despite nothing out of the ordinary being needed. Still, the owner never called to speak with me. They ""conceded"" charging me $200, stating after the fact a basic service appointment was $250, but undisclosed at scheduling.

Seems like a classic bait and switch. Very disappointing.

We had a pump failure and Alborz came within 24 hours to replace it. He also came back to install a special tray and multiple sensors to detect future failures.

Our A/C was damaged by construction workers, on a Friday afternoon, just before they finished work at the building. They knew what happened, but never told anything and left us with no working A/C in the middle of a heat wave (90+). Saturday morning, after a lot of unanswered calls, voicemails or ""don't have time"", we only found one single guy that agreed to come. Which he did, the next day (Sunday morning), but left after 15 minutes because it seemed like something he couldn't figure out without talking to the A/C manufacturer. And gone he was to this day...
Alborz was the first company that followed up to our messages, although next day - on a Sunday. We were lucky enough to have a next day morning appointment. The tech came on time, was very polite, and it only took him 5 minutes to find the issue: 2 holes in the pipe - freon leaks. 2.5 hours later our A/C was working again.
My feedback - The lady that called us to schedule was very nice. The specialist who did the job was very polite, knowledgeable and worked efficiently, he explained and showed us everything we wanted to know. Highly recommended.

I was not particular pleased when the A/C in our new condo gave out, just before the hottest weekend of the year. But Sam from ALBORZ saved us, squeezing in a visit on a Friday afternoon so we wouldn't have to sweat out the weekend. He fixed the A/C quickly and efficiently, and made some good recommendations about future maintenance. Before his arrival the dispatcher was friendly and communicative about the timing of the visit. A stellar experience--I will use them again every time!

Knowledgeable, honest and affordable. I was looking to install a gas tankless water heater. Sadegh came by and gave me an assessment on how, where, and the cost of installation. He also told me my current unit was efficient and working well enough that I should wait a little longer until replacing it. He's very honest and knowledgeable which is a tough combination to find in any profession.

Friendly, prompt, quality work at reasonable prices. What more do you want? We recently had Sam install a couple of mini-splits to help us cool down the house in the summer. The placement of the units wasn't exactly easy but they were able to get it done. Quality work and quality hardware - looks great and I can't believe how quiet the system is.
