Recommended Customer Reviews

They responded same day when we had a water heater go out. Helped us quickly and competently in our time of need.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Very reasonably priced and their customer service is top notch. Very knowledgeable with flexible scheduling. Highly recommend

Called Albins Plumbing this morning because our hot water heater was out. They were in our driveway within 30 minutes! Amazing service.

Can't say how happy I was to find Albin Plumbing. I needed to have my new sink installed after I decided it was beyond my expertise. I drove by and they were closed but Aron drove up and explained that there was an emergency but that I should call and leave a message. He listened as I explained what I needed, a disposal and advised me as to the model I needed. Next day, Jody, the office manager, got me next day service. Hazen arrived early in the morning and spent almost three hours getting the sink and disposal installed. He left the kitchen clean and I am delighted with the work. When I re-do the bathrooms, I will definitely use them.

Because he came same day and then back, after an issue was discovered, was here for at least 6 hours and was very knowledgeable I would highly recommend. The hour of cleaning after? Eh lol.

Horrible and rude customer service make this place and absolute NO GO. Still dealing with billing errors from 6 months ago (which were paid). Bad organization.
Plenty of other good plumbers in town

It has been thirty days since this company took money to begin the job of replacing a water heater. Still nothing and they are now saying it will be Thanksgiving (another three weeks) before the job is done. One senior and disabled person is living without hot water right now.
If you need it quick or hot don't trust these folks.

Good service, fair price. Will definitely use them again if/when needed. Not much more to say.

I've used Albins twice, mainly because I couldn't get anyone else to come within days, and Albins was easy to schedule. They're also very easy to deal with for questions and payment. Both times, though, I had concerns:
- 1st time: leak on intake line, near sidewalk. *after* the work was done, the plumber told me that what I really should have done was replace the whole line with PECS instead of patching it. If he'd told me first, I would have happily paid it. 2 years later, the patch failed.
- 2nd time: tub replacement. took 6 hours labor for 2 journeymen. only needed a journeyman and an apprentice, and even then, the 2nd person could have been there for much less than the full time Maybe this is standard practice?

They came quickly and did a great job repairing our broken pipe, but the $96 per hour labor rate was a bit excessive I think.
