We were replacing an old water heater with a new outdoor tankless to help free up interior space, and upgrading an old toilet to help lower water usage. Geoff took a lot of time determining what was required and explaining how the job would be completed. The tankless water heater required a lot of new plumbing and each detail was fully described.

Geoff pricing is very reasonable considering the high quality of work he provides. There were no surprises, and the job was completed quickly and efficiently. Geoff also went out of his way to accommodate our schedule.

Geoff Albertson has cared for our plumbing for the past 6 years. He first installed a sump pump in our flooding basement. Took the massive industrial pump left by previous contractor off our hands and replaced it with an appropriately sized one for a house. No more flooding. Such a relief to find someone willing to take over a small scale job some else didn't finish.

When we wanted to upgrade our tiny second bathroom, Geoff designed us a great one. We were especially happy with the solution he thought of that gave more room in the corner shower without crowding the sink and toilet. This job would have been within budget if we hadn't opted for a high end rain shower fixture.

Over the years he has replaced a disposal, fixed faucets and drains, ran our rear irrigation piping under the sidewalk and brick wall and installed a gray water system in our garden shed.

We enjoy working with Geoff Albertson. He is personable, appreciates copper, fits our small jobs into his bigger ones. We've referred him to appreciative friends.

Geoff was a good find. I had been struggling to find a plumber who was responsive and a good value and Geoff was for the most part both of those things. My project was very unusual since it was being done in stages and Geoff provided good advice and was an asset in terms of helping to plan for future work and make the current job as streamlined and efficient as possible in order to save me cost. Not knowing too much about plumbing myself, it was reassuring to hear the building inspectors all being very complimentary of his work. In addition to that, Geoff was a pleasure to work with personally and brought a ""can do"" attitude to the job every day, not to mention being incredibly flexible in accomodating my hectic schedule. The only drawback, as is the case with most small operations (where good values are to be found) is that Geoff's communication was spotty. He overlooked some information i gave him which led to having to re-do some of the work, and he gave me a bill at the end of the job for some ""extras"" that he thought i agreed to (probably since he realized he under bid my job). But if you are looking for a good value and a pleasant person to work with, I recommend him and would use him again.

Geoff Albertson is a craftsman of the old school. He's one of those wrench-artists who builds things to last, sees thirty years into the structures future and spends the time to make it right. On top of that he's a straight shooter and just flat charming. Not the guy to call to unplug your drain so much as to revamp your entire house. To bad Yelp doesn't distinguish.
