My faucet was leaking badly (thanks to another plumbing company bungling the installation which completely ruined my expensive German faucet). They scheduled me fast. Jacob was on time, so pleasant to have in our home, and has great skill and knowledge of plumbing. He worked rapidly and efficiently and cleaned the sink when he was done!!! One year guarantee on labor, too! I am so relieved and happy with his work. These people are obviously very customer satisfaction driven, and deliver precisely what the say they will.
I will definitely call them for all our plumbing needs and refer to anyone who wants a job done right the first time.

I am a local Realtor, and another plumbing company left me in the lurch on a sewer lateral inspection in Watsonville. It was a last minute call to Alberts, and they were nothing but helpful and accommodating, and so professional. Raquel in the office was really so helpful and polite. I had to get the city to sign off on the inspection as we were closing, and she kept following up with them, and communicating with me throughout. I really appreciated that! I am so glad I found them, they are now my ""go to"" plumbing company! I highly recommend them!!!

I had to get a plumbing and inspection as part of the process for selling my home. Albert was prompt, courteous and thorough. The county viewed the video and determined that I needed to install a clean out. Albert and his team have experience doing this, so I hired them for that work as well. Again, they were on time, the workers were courteous to me and my neighbors, and thoughtful about trying to save plants where they had to dig. They finished quickly and did a really nice job and charged a very reasonable rate. Raquel was immensely helpful with coordinating schedules, and helping me navigate paperwork. Highly recommend.

If I could rate this company 10 stars I would! My husband and I were finishing up a home project around 6pm on a Sunday (because quarantine) Until my husband went out to our backyard and noticed our outdoor drain wasn't draining and was clogged ON A RAINY DAY to top it off! The drain quickly started pouring out black water and was flooding fast, I gave Albert a call at 7:02pm and he was at my house in Hollister by 7:52pm on a Sunday, Talk about great service! Albert arrived and quickly got to work and was using his snake for nearly 2 hours until he finally unclogged our drain and found black gunk and tree roots! My husband and I could cry of happy tears when we finally saw it unclogged because we were worried we would wake up to all that water and rain flooding our living room the next morning! Can't thank Albert enough for thservice and for taking time out of his Sunday to come and help us out!

Albert's Plumbing was recommended to us by a neighbor and they are indeed a superior plumbing service, small, and customer-oriented. Excellent customer service, great communication, very professional work, fair prices. Raquel is extremely efficient on the phone and even texted me with updates. Miguel also called to let me know his progress on the job. And Albert, the owner, even stopped by with the right part our water heater was missing so that we didn't have to replace the whole thing - saving us thousands of dollars. (They didn't even charge us for the part!). I can't recommend them highly enough.

Ever notice how plumbing always backs up at night, weekends or holidays? Most recent call to Albert's Plumbing was at 6pm when I was told the shower was backed up. By the time I called Albert's I had managed to completely clog the shower and the bath tub which were then half full of dirty water. They got right back to me and as it wasn't an emergency, toilets were all working, we scheduled for the next morning. Van pulled up at 8:30 next morning and Miguel had it all sorted out quickly. Friendly, knowledgeable and competent. I will use them for any plumbing problem or project.

I highly recommend Alberts Plumbing. Great customer service, efficient, and very considerate of the customer and what is the best and most affordable option. Miguel explained things in terms that I could understand. He's a perfectionist and is extremely tidy. Raquel does an amazing job running the show and is a delight to work with. Technician was unable to independently install a standard toilet in working condition. I was told the toilet was not working after he made a modification to the original flow settings. I had to leave work to intervene and offer a solution. Toilet appeared to work after we readjusted, but when I asked for additional time to assess the function the boss was called out to talk me into paying. After a frustrating encounter where I felt there was no accountability for the errors made by the technician, I submitted payment so that I could get on with my day. I did not feel that the customer service offered by this company was up to par with other companies I have worked with in the area, and I would not recommend them for their plumbing services.

Other issues: Technician did not wear show covers. He scratched the floor with the box straps and the company refused to offer any remediation for the damage. The toilet teetered, and they pushed pieces of white shim material that were visible.
