I've worked with Albert's Plumbing in the past and the quality of work was good, but communication and scheduling have consistently been a challenge. Unfortunately, this time has been even worse. He has missed two scheduled appointments in a row without any notice. After he failed to show up the first time, I had to track him down to reschedule--only for him to no-show again. My calls go straight to voicemail without a response, and texts are left unanswered.

I rearranged my entire schedule to be home today. If you value your time as much as he does, this vendor is not the right choice for you. While I can't comment on the quality of service for the current job--replacing a leaking kitchen sink faucet--the overall value is nonexistent if you find yourself waiting without any communication. If reliability and responsiveness are important to you, I recommend looking elsewhere. This business may leave you hanging indefinitely and lacks the support or systems needed to manage their schedule and communication effectively, making them a non-starter. I hope they improve, as the work they have done in the past was good. However, the disruption caused by no-shows, lack of communication, and missed appointments is simply untenable.

Albert and his son came to inspect my disposal unit. They were very professional and quickly identified the problem and provided me with a very reasonable quote to replace the entire unit. They even helped replace some worn silicone spots and sealed the sink to prevent further leaks. Highly recommend their services, I will use them again for any future problems.

I would give 0 stars if I could. These reviews must be from friends and family. Albert came to assess a leak. He was SO rude and unprofessional. I asked him common questions like what his thoughts are on why the leak could be happening, so we try not to do it next time. He raised his voice responding ""how do I know why this happened? I have to open the wall and see. What do you mean 'why did this happen? ' how am I supposed to know??"". I said I understand, I'm just asking your thoughts as a professional. He kept trying to talk over me and raise his voice anytime I asked him a question. I then asked my tenants if they had just showered, when Albert interrupted and yelled ""Why are you asking them? I told you I see the leak. I need to open your wall to fix it"". I was confused on his mannerisms honestly. Right away he wanted $250 up front for his consultation fee, then told me he would invoice me for the rest after he opened the wall. I asked him to please stop yelling at me, then said I'm just trying to figure out what may have caused the leak. He said ""I already told you! We don't know until we open the wall!!"" I felt SO uncomfortable at this grown man yelling at me, I said I didn't need his services. He told me to pay him the $250 for showing up and yelling at me basically. Then (my tenant who understands Armenian) told me Albert proceeded to tell his son in Armenian what an idiot I was for asking dumb questions like why he thinks the leak is happening. Good riddance! I would NEVER hire this guy. He was SO rude and unprofessional

Albert and his son, Alex were prompt, efficient and thorough. I had a section of old steel drain pipe that needed to be removed and replaced with ABS. They had all the right power tools and Alex made quick work of it. They also snaked the line and re-attached everything to get my bathroom sink draining like new! Good communication via text. Nice people too! I highly recommend them!

Albert respond my request right away on Saturday afternoon and gave me a quote thru phone with my pictures.
He came after within an hour to replace my broken refrigerator water shut off valve and it was very quick. Thanks for the fix!

Albert and his sons were very professional and thorough in completing the work for a new sewer line. They ensured proper installation, clean work, and finished earlier than expected. Albert takes pride in his workmanship and goes above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction. I ended up utilizing his services twice after he responded to an urgent backed up sewer call at the end of the day and worked until past 9 pm to clear and address the issue. He is also very reasonable in pricing. I would use his services again without any hesitation.

I call Albert if I have any plumbing issue in my house. He is fast, friendly, and reasonable.
I worked with other plumbing company, but they just want to get into your wallet and do un necessary work. But Albert is different then the others.
Definitely I would recommend him to all of you who is having a plumbing issue at their home.

Albert helped us with an emergency a couple of months ago, and did an excellent job. They arrived in no time, and fixed a water leak. Albert also recommended us to install a water filter.
