This review is long overdue. It appeared that I had a slow leak in my water main between the meter & house. I was looked for a plumber that fairly close to my house. I contacted Alberto and asked if he could come by and take a look at it; he came by the next day. As some of you may know, finding a leak underground is not always straightforward. what I thought was going to be a quick fix, didn't turn out to be. As such, I ended going back to the builder for the warranty repair. But because of Alberto's top-notch professionalism, civility, honesty, I found a person (not just a plumber) that I can trust.

I have found my go-to plumber will be using Alberto for all my plumbing needs.

Alberto was very friendly, fixed my clog and installed a clean out for me. When hydro jetting my pipe, he used camera to make sure the sewer pipe is clean. I will for sure call him again for any future repair.

Alberto is an amazing person and a very good plumber. He did alot more than any other plumber out there. My toilet way clogged and the tub was overflowing with feces. I called home owners insurance and they sent a person who did not do anything. This is when my fiancé called another plumber who then recommended Alberto. He is very professional and has all the tools required. I can't emphasis enough on how much of a good person he is. He truly went out of the way and not only unclogged the main but also did the drain near the sink which way almost clogged and I had no idea. There way so much grease in the drains if it was not for him my sink would have been stuck as well. I am super happy about Alberto plumbing and would highly recommend him.

Alberto went above and beyond to help me with installing a sink at my business in diamond bar ,not only that he helped with getting my permit for the plumbing work after 4 other companies said they were too busy ! Alberto called me to talk about my review. He apologized for the miscommunication in which he realize he is wrong for not calling me about a charge before turning on the pilot. Obviously he didnt pay attention to our conversation when i initially called him and told him the water heater has been turning off every morning for the last week and how I turned it back on manually each of those days. So why would you charge me to turn it back on when I already have been doing that? I called for a free estimate to see why it keeps shutting off, not for you to trick me into paying a fee for you to come out and use turning the pilot back on for a charge. I already knew how to do that and other plumbers I called said they would have done that for free in which the ones I called after you did offer free estimates and what they told me made sense unlike how you tried to scare my tenants by saying its unsafe in front of them. I recently had a appraiser come to my property before you came out and they said everything is up to code. So I dont appreciate the way you run your business and how you comment back not admitting fault when you did so over the phone to try to get me to erase my yelp review. I hope others can learn from my experience.

Alberto himself came out to see me. He seems to be a good guy. Did work for less than another quoted price from another contractor. Didn't have to haggle, either, but I think you can negotiate depending on how busy he is and how big the job is. He has good knowledge of code. I will likely use him when I have to re-do my gas lines once I have it all planned out and ready to go.

He's a small business owner and I prefer to pay them instead of some BIG corporate one where you are paying some CEO's expensive salary.

Like most contractor you are quoted a full price then you negotiate.
