Never left a negative review but I was very disappointed with the service I received. I contracted for a jetting(cleaning) of my sewer pipe from the street to my house. He used a cleaning device with no camera on it. He said the water went from black to clear & he could hear the echo in the pipe. This is how he knew it was clean & it took him 20min total. I contacted two other plumbing companies after who have cameras on their jetting device to not only show the customer what they did but to make sure no damage was done which is always possible( although rare). I asked Al to come back & use the video to show me what he did & to check for any damage. He said he would have to charge me & it wasn't necessary...said he's been doing it for many years & he knows when it's clean & doubted there was any damage....BUT to call him if I noticed a problem over the next month or two!. Not the end of the world but disappointing when contractors cut corners & aren't consistent with other plumbing practices in the area.

OMG. I'M SO EMOTIONAL! I don't even know where to start. This company helped us after almost two months straight of having to only use plumbing in our home in emergencies/sparingly because a clean-out was spewing waste into the roadway.

We've paid THOUSANDS to try to get this issue cared for appropriately. Three plumbers felt that the sewer line was broken by the main and would need to be completely replaced, but we knew this wasn't right. That's a $25K job on a county road, and we've already spent over $100K over the years replacing all of the indoor pipes, repairing additional damage older pipes caused, and rerouting outdoor pipes that lead to the street. This has been an expensive and exhausting issue over the years. Roto Rooter completed all of the outdoor work this summer, but one of their connections failed, causing a stubborn clog. We thought we were going to have to rip up the road based on the feedback from other plumbers, so this company was our last resort. He cleared the clog in under an hour--a job many other plumbers couldn't do with fancy equipment and thousands of dollars of labor. I couldn't be happier. I will absolutely go straight to these guys if we ever have an issue again.

You will not find a more responsive and helpful plumber. Al is my go-to plumber for all of my real estate clients. He's communicative, fair and honest. Highly recommend.

You will not find a more efficient, knowledgeable, and responsive Plumber. I will NEVER hire another plumber because he has my forever recommendation. He's on time, team is incredibly respectful, and talk about getting done what he says he'll get done...110%. His customer service skills make him someone you WANT to work with again and he goes the extra mile not only in work but to provide anything additional you may need. I literally can't say enough about this man and his crew. Thank you thank you thank you! You'd be crazy not to hire him!! 10 STARS
