Jose D, my technician was great! He showed up on time, explained exactly what needed to be done, and took care of it with meticulous care. My house was kept clean the whole time, and Jose was very respectful. He was even nice to my young daughter who wanted to watch. Then I had questions about other projects, and he gave me a price quote instantly. The one star off, is that I had a similar project done for much less a few years ago, but I can't remember by whom. So I think the price is a bit high.

Albert Nahman installed a new HVAC system in my home. They came in middle-of-the-pack in terms of their quote. More importantly, they did the work on time, were clean and respectful of my house, and did things the way I wanted them done.

Part of their work involved submitting an application to BayREN for an energy-saving rebate. At least part of the rebate amount depends on how well they seal their ductwork. They must have done a really good job, because the rebate actually came back $700 higher than their estimate.

I can recommend them without reservation. They did a solid job.

I am very satisfied with the service provided today by Albert Nahman Plumbing & Heating. The young man, Javier P., was very professional, on time, and explained all that needed to be done. The problem was resolved quickly. No mess. No Fuss.

I was so satisfied with the service that I decided to sign up with their service for any future plumbing problems and also plan to have a new toilet installed (which was the crux of the problem, as I had anticipated). I have had to call out different plumbers this year for the same problem (not enough pressure, insufficient flush). Javier P. explained the problem and provided the different solutions/options. I made my decision (no pressure here) and now will have a new toilet installed on Saturday. This company is also available Saturdays. Yea!

Also, the price for service was right and fair and actually lower than some other companies I had called, and in the mid-range. I recommend this plumbing company to anyone who has a plumbing issue. And, if one is lucky, Javier P. will go to your home and solve the plumbing issue.

Our water heater stopped working after a long power outage. The pilot wouldn't light. I called Albert Nahman because they had given excellent service years ago at my previous house. Alex called back promptly and set up an appointment for which he was on time. He tried to relight the pilot and then diagnosed pretty quickly the problem and how much it would cost to fix it. He asked me how old the water heater was and when I didn't know he researched it and told me 13 years and asked if I wanted to see where he discovered it on the tank. I thought that was great that he wanted to assure me that his facts were correct. He then told me how much a new water heater would cost, and since the repair of the old one would be half that plus the parts might not be available, we went with the new one. He then called to change his schedule so he could do the work himself immediately. He wrote up the contract with all the things to be done and I signed. He replaced the water heater in a couple of hours, without a trace of any of his work, except a shiny new water heater. He showed me all the things he had done and replaced before he wrote up the receipt. He also told me that my sump pump, located beside the water heater, was one of the best and I shouldn't worry about it, after I asked him some questions about it since I've never had one. He gave me a lot of useful information about sump pumps. He was great! Very helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, better than on time, fast. And also, he was a friendly, straight-forward person to talk with - not something to take for granted these days.

We had a very good experience with Albert Nahman Plumbing company. Their technician Nathan is very skilled and talented. We had a problem with hot water heater, which would not light up, so we did not have hot water for two days. I contacted a few other companies, their technician told us that we need to replace the whole hot water unit. Then I called Albert Nahman Plumbing, their technician Nathan came, found the problem and solved it. I was very impressed his work. It is a less expensive solution. Thanks Nathan.
Albert Nahman is a good plumbing company. They really work hard to found a best solution for your problem. We highly recommend them.

Very impressed with this company - they have highly skilled and experienced plumbers. We had a main pipe in our bathroom that had corroded and had caused multiple problems. Nick and Damien arrived right on time; were respectful our of home (they cleaned up everything!); and the qualify of their work was outstanding. Nick will troubleshoot a solution that provides lasting results and so you are getting more than what you pay for with him. Nick walked me through all the mechanics of the work he had done, showed me before and after photos and patiently answered all my questions. You can really trust this company and its plumbers. They only do the work that is needed and get in and out without wasting your money. It was time and money well spent.

We had a problem with sewage backing up and causing it to be released through the overflow. Stanley came and said we should have the outflow drains cleared. He did the work immediately. He said that the problem is due to old clay pipes which should be replaced probably before the next heavy rainy season. He will be writing up an estimate for that to be done. I was very impressed by how thorough and knowledgeable he is about this type of problem. I was also glad that he was able to provide a relatively inexpensive short term fix while we plan for the more expensive long term solution.

I needed a new toilet and tub spout. Stanley first came over to discuss which new toilet I wanted then came back after a few days to install both the toilet and spout. I found him to be very knowledgeable, efficient, respectful and patient with my questions (he would actually make a good teacher).
