I was having a water heater issue and came across Albert Nahman Plumbling company. I let them know my water heater issue and the sent some one out. The tech they sent out was very professional but had little knowledge of water heaters. They then gave me the most expensive quotes to replace it. I declined and called another company and they came out and fixed it for less than half the quote Albert Nahman gave me. Be careful out there, when your're looking at ratings

COMPLETE RIPOFF!!!

Called for a clogged dishwasher.
Technician arrived two hours late.
Told me he could not fix it.

Did a very minor job (10 minutes at most) on the sink. Charged me $300 for it. I politely told him I thought this was ridiculous but he said the fee was in the contract I signed when he arrived, charged me, and said his manager would call back.

For the past several years, we have used Albert Nahman services exclusively for our rental property until now. With the change in ownership, their services have gone downhill. We had an old floor heater stop working. Their repairman said it could not be fixed and we believed him. They sent out a man to give us a quote on a new one. We were told they could not get floor heaters anymore and he began pushing a mini-split which we didn't want. Finally, we got a quote on a wall heater along with a quote to replace another wall heater that quit working. We gave him a $950 deposit. Things went all wrong from there. We ended up canceling one of the new wall heaters because after more than a week they couldn't get it. Having a tenant with no heat was not acceptable so we contacted our previous company. They came out the same day and got the parts needed to fix the heater and it works perfectly. The wall heater they replaced was installed crooked and the installer cut into to the baseboards that are original to our 100 year old building. It looks like he carelessly used a hacksaw. To make matters worse, our deposit check was never turned into accounting so we had to put a stop payment on it. Nahman has lost our business and we have gone back to our previous company for good.

Albert Nahman Plumbing was great with my plumbing problem. Scheduling was OK but the technician, Mono was terrific. He explained to me what was going on and did not try to sell me a bunch of things I did not need. He was very knowledgeable and I really appreciate the service.

While I appreciate the professionalism of this company, their pricing is outrageously exhorbitant! My service guy said I could go on You Tube and figure out how to replace a part in my toilet rather than pay over $300. I can also go online and learn to flush my tankless water heater without paying almost $500 for a one hour job.

Nahman came out a few years ago an installed a new furnace. The one they removed had a filter housing on the furnace unit itself. They neglected to tell us the furnace they installed had no filter, anywhere in the system. It was only months later when I crawled under the house to check the filter that we found there wasn't one. It took three calls to get someone to come out, and the only thing he could do was shake his head and say ""that's weird, we shouldn't have done that."" No kidding! To nobody's great surprise, their furnace didn't last long. Terrible communication, awful service, and a complete waste of money.
