Charles T.We started using Albert Goettle Plumbing years ago after problems with a few other plumbers in the area and have never had anything but great service and great results with fair pricing. Today was a good example when I noticed we had a stopped up sink in our master bath. I tried using a plunger and a snake, but it was more than I could handle, so I called Terry who said there were a couple of jobs ahead of me, but she would get someone out as soon as possible and would give me a call to let me know when they were on their way. We didn't have to wait long before she called back to let me know Michael was on his way. When he and his assistant arrived, they did not waste anytime getting started. While they were clearing the drain, I mentioned a water pressure problem I was also having with the same sink. When they finished, my drain was working great and we now have water pressure that we haven't had since we bought the house in 1995. Great people, fair pricing, very honest and always professional. Would never consider using another plumber.
