First time I post a review, but third time I use Albano's plumbing and each time I have been very satisfied. First time was for a water heater at a rental place. I had used the ""smell good plumbers"" before but it was a pain in the but to deal with them, so when I needed a plumber again I called Albano's. Very Answer the phone right away, have a person on site within the hour each time, fixed the problem right the first time and no hassle. Today they replaced a water heater. I was told by another place that because of the holiday's they might would not be able to help me until 48 hrs later. I called Albano's and within a half hour had a team at the house working on it. Very reasonable price too. Will definitely call them again if the need arises.

We got work done by Erik today to do an inspection. He was very attentive and answered our questions. Thank you guys, so MUCH!

Called first thing in the morning for a clog. I have used these plumbers before and had a good experience. So I figured I would use again. Told the guy on the phone, I had a main sewer line clog and my clean out was in the front yard. Asked for a quote: $89 for the first 50'. Said perfect, it is 30 feet to the city sewer. I agreed and they said they would be here within a couple of hours. Showed up as agreed. Figured all is good (I was wrong).
Talked with Jesus on the issue and said with a few seconds, that will be $189. I said, how is that? Said, well I have to use the ""Big Machine"". Told him I was quoted $89. Said, well I am here to make money. I don't make any money for $89. They called the office, heard him say ""We need to make some money today"" to the person and hung up the phone. Agreed to $99, and said the office would pay the difference...
So, he ran the ""big machine"" in my 4"" sewer line with a 2"" cutter bit. When I questioned him about it, said ""Well, I am the master plumber. I know what is the correct tool to use"". Guess I should have told him before I run the facility maintenance department (including plumbing) for an major amusement park. Tried to up-sell me a camera inspection for $350.
Called the office to complain, said they would return my phone call after they talked to the plumber. NOTHING.
Figured I'll probably get a few months out of the sewer line before it returns. I guess I should have gone to Home Depot and rented a machine myself. I could have done a better job myself.
I use to use this company many years ago when I had a rental property. Times have changed... Unless they help me get this resolved, I will never use them again. I am disappointed.
Albano's, if you're reading this.. I hope we can work it out.. If we do, then I will post that we did...
If not, fellow yelpers... I would avoid. I am sure these other positive comments are great, but every now and then, bad stuff seems to happen. I am not a plumber, but I wouldn't be able to run a maintenance department (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) if I didn't know what I was talking about....

Jesus and Kevin were on time, friendly and efficient, as well as water conscious, which makes me very happy! Great service and I recommend them highly!!!

Had another plumber look at the toilet problem and it turned out that the problem was caused cause they used a flapper with a floater. Had they just used a regular flapper the problem was solved. This is the kind of issue that is taken care of with the right people doing the work.
When making an appointment, you couldn't ask for a friendlier group of people. My suggestion is that they replace the guy they sent to my place. Doesn't do their business any justice when it comes to a customer focused business model.

This company has been out several times to snake the sewer lines from my office. I have had some that seem to be good but they usually have to come back because the blockage did not get opened even though they said it was. The topper was the mess they left with toilet paper scattered on the ground, and the access point left open!

I recently opened a salon and needed plumbing to install my sinks and shampoo bowls. I called and received estimates from many places. As soon as I called Albano's Plumbing, I knew this place was different! This is a family run business that takes plumbing to a new level. Great customer service and great prices! Not only did Albano's Plumbing do a great job but they were on time and they even followed up on their work. I will be using this company for all my business and residential needs and highly recommend them to any and everyone in need of plumbing!

I had a water leak in my galvanized pipe in attic and called for service. Plumber came in go to the attic and informed me there is no leak and water coming out from air conditioning unit because condensed pipe in clogged. It took about ten minutes to identify the problem. So I called the air condition repair company . This guys went to the attic and pulled the insulation and showed me that galvanized water pipe has a small leak and left. I paid the guy$ 80.00 to make a trip in here. This plumber is total in competent and I would not re-commend any body to call this company. No clue what they are doing.

We had a leaky kitchen sink and remembered seeing Albano's at our neighbor's house so we decided to give them a call. It wasn't a big emergency or anything but they came over promptly and at the time they said they would. The plumber replaced the pipes and fixed the leak in about an hour. I would have given a higher rating for the promptness and quick fix but I feel we paid too much. $189 for an hour of work and pvc pipes?! Next time we need a plumber, I think I'll call a few places first.

I have a rental house that needs the drains cleaned fairly often. I've tried several local plumbers but have been more satisfied with Albano's than the others. Someone always answers when I call them and I don't have to wait long before they locate one of their guys who is able to do the work needed to clean the drain. Each employee I've dealt with has been professional and the cost for the service is reasonable.
