Got a plumbing emergency with my kitchen sink back flowing. Gustavo came quickly and throughly open the clogged drain, cleaned up everything and left the place spotless. I also asked about some other things like my dryer venting and he was very knowledgeable.

Kitchen drain was clogged, called up Albano's Plumbing. Two Techs Kevin and Ceasar arrived earlier than expected which was great. They ran a snake unclogged the kitchen sink in less than 15 minutes. We had a leak in our sink and joint connecting dishwasher. We called Albano's Plumbing and they sent us two guys - KEVIN and CESAR. Very pleased with their service and dedication towards solving the issue. They explained us the problem as well the solution procedure and did their job VERY WELL. I RECOMMEND KEVIN AND CESAR for any plumbing issues.

My family was without water in our home over a weekend. I was expecting it would take several days to fix the leak in our foundation. I was beyond satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism of Jesus. He was honest in his assessment of our issue and provided several options. I was amazed that he was able to locate and fix our slab leak within a few hours. He was personable, efficient and did clean work.

Some young kid came yesterday from there, said he didn't know how to approach the replacement of our gas lines and said he would come back at 2pm with another person/truck.
I waited from 11am - 5pm for them and they never called me back or returned to our complex; I even waited till 5:30 to go to the grocery store because of them.
Even the other plumbers who were going to be 20 minutes late texted me and let me know in advance that they would be late.
Then they have the nerve to come to my door at 8:30am today with no phone call in advance. I wasn't even fully dressed yet. Who do they think they are?

They are thoughtless and inconsiderate of anyone's time except their own. There are toooooo many other good plumbers out there who are considerate. Why would you use someone like Albanos!!

What I didn't know at the time I called them was that my husband said he had used them once before and they didn't do a good job then.

I highly recommend Albano's Plumbing. Edgar came by on time as scheduled to fix a kitchen drain stoppage. He was very courteous. He told me what he was going to do and how much it would cost before starting the work. Edgar fixed the problem with a snake. I would not hesitate to use Albano's Plumbing for any future needs if the opportunity arises.

Complete scam of a business. Paid to have a toy removed, plumber never removed it but got the toilet to flush, now 9months later the toy is once again completely clogging the drain and they are charging much more money to actually remove it this time. When I complained they made up a story about a second toy and called the plumber at my house to tell him to tell my wife and landlord that it was a 2nd toy aswell. They also left my restroom a complete mess and didnt clean a single thing after. Will never use or recommend this garbage company to anyone

Professional, friendly, clean, communicative, but most importantly: The job got done, and it was done RIGHT. From first phone contact to waving goodbye at the front door, dealing with this plumbing service referred by a trusted source was easy and stress-free. Costs were transparent and technicians sent to the house, Gustavo and Felix, were especially skilled and knowledgeable about the work they were hired to do.

Why not 5 stars, then? Turnaround from initial contact to actual date of service was longer than one might expect, but that could be a good sign...other business must be keeping Albano's, well, busy. Good luck to all of you at this establishment, and thanks for the great job.

Do not use! We had brown water coming out of the bathroom sink and toilets and we called Albano's to check it out. A plumber named CHRISTIAN came by and he was extremely rude and unprofessional.
I explained the situation to him, but for some reason he had a really bad attitude and talked down to me in a very condescending tone. I could tell that he just wanted to get out of there and made every excuse under the sun why it was running brown: it was the city's bad water; if we turned off the water recently sediment would come out (we hadn't); we needed a water softener; we needed new toilets, because the dirty water from the city had stained the inside of the tanks. I kept asking him what he thought the problem was, because I didn't want to ignore something if it was a bigger problem and have a huge mess on my hands, but he seemed very irritated by that. He said that he's just the plumber and he only does what I tell him to do. I told him that the reason people call a plumber is because there's a problem and HE'S supposed to diagnose it, not me. That's like going to a doctor, because you're sick and him saying, ""Well, what do you think it is? What medications do you want me to write"".

I've used Albano's quite a bit over the years and it always seems like a crapshoot on who you're getting. I've had some guys that were great and very helpful, but lately the service has gone drastically downhill. In fact, the last guy that came by a coupe of years ago for a leak under our sink wanted to do work under the table if I gave him cash. Shady!

The phone quote for the work was $350. However, the quote provided at the time of service increased to $595 for a job that took about 2 hours. I was not worried about the price, at the time, as they reviewed the job and were better able to quote the service at the location.

The plumber was scheduled and arrived on time. They had a large hydro jet machine to address the issue. Suggestions were provided to prevent future occurrences. 30 Day warranty was provided.

My concern, that I communicated to the plumber was:

1) The mess left behind after hydro jetting that was not cleaned up. I called the office and they sent the plumbers back to cleanup the mess. I would suggest they carry their own brooms & dust bins (and not borrow mine). From the plumbers response he said ""we are not cleaners."" But professionally I would assume cleaning the environment is part of the job after causing the mess.

2) The area drain still had a layer of mud in the drain line. When I stuck my hand down the drain I could feel about 1/4"" of mud still laying there. I pulled out the mud in front of the plumber. I am assuming that the layer of mud would continue throughout the line and during the next rain I could expect a backup. His response was that there will always be the layer of mud and no remedy to clean the line again was provided. This makes me feel the job was not completely finished and the additional $200 I paid may be too much.
