I have used Albano for the last 20 years, and I was always happy with the service. Recently my sink was leaking, nobody knew for sure how much work needed to be done but I sort of guess that the work could be simple too. The gentleman came in with a quote of $1,800 for the leak and reconnecting the garbage disposal. Garbage disposable piping had nothing to do with the leak. He insisted the quote was the minimum. In case he had to dig the ground to fix the leak the fee could be more than $1,800. Garbage disposable work can't take more than 1 hour. I hired another company for $350 for fixing the leak - only the leak without garbage disposable works. I was very disappointed with Albano.

This company is contracted through our HOA so we used them. Plumbers came in on the carpet with their shoes on, didn't put down any paper on carpet. My carpets are stained and disgusting now with dirty boot marks. We had to have a new tub and surround installed and the caulk on it doesn't look great, and we didn't get any options on style of tub and surround. They had to pull our toilet off and the next day our whole bathroom floor was flooded because they didn't put it back correctly. They were fairly professional with their communication and were able to get the job done but they don't do drywall either. Now I have huge holes in my walls where they didn't even bother to try to salvage the baseboards. Lots of additional costs and problems after using this company.

Been using this compactor years. Replaced our garbage disposal this morning. Called this morning with a time. Kendrick arrived on time got to work after giving us a quote and was finished in a timely and professional manner. We highly recommend this business for your plumbing needs.

Ok y'all let me tell you about Kelly at Albano's Plumbing. She is so upbeat, and her customer service is unlike any I have seen in a LONG time. I work in property management and I deal with vendors day in & day out and honestly everyone one is busy and usually busy equals grumpy! Kelly took my call, got into action and went above & beyond for me today.

On a whole other note, this company has been great. We recently took them on as our emergency plumber back up and have been sending them regular jobs, as well. They get to work orders quickly, their plumbers are thorough and seek approval for costly jobs and they have been a pleasure to work with. I am so glad to have found them! They make my life easier and I feel very lucky for this new relationship!

We needed to do a little renovation in the bathroom and needed to update the bathroom vanity which had water damage and the shower fixtures.

Albano's Plumbing came highly recommended by family members that had used their services before. They responded to our messages fairly quickly during the week and making appointments was fast and flexible when I asked for a different day.

Gustavo and an associate arrived early in the expected window and they called prior to arriving. They were professional, courteous, and their work looked good.

However, a few hours after they left I noticed that the bathroom sink had a small leak. I e-mailed the company and they scheduled another appointment to take a look at the problem. Again Gustavo arrived and in short order repaired the leak. No additional charge requested.

I thought I was asking for a simple installation of three tub handles and the faucet and the overflow metal in the tub.. replace two existing water spigots outside, and install a new sink/faucet combo. I had two service techs come out, and both told me all sorts of stuff needed ( that they happen to have in their truck ) One guy actually showed up for 20 minutes, left, then texted me that it would be close to $1000.00. I have used this company for 30 years. No longer. Sorry I have to choose a new more reliable company that doesn't work on a commission basis with their techs.

Had a leak in my tub and called Albano because they were approved by hoa. Jesus came out and said ok it's 375 to change the moen valve. ""Sure let's do it."" Then proceed to justify the rip off price by saying they charge 250 automatically to shut off a valve. Ok, whatever.....just get it done. They then start to look at all the pipes and how to shut the water off since I'm in a complex. Couldn't figure it out after three hours, tells me it's gonna be like 795 to 1200 to shut the boiler and main off. He kept telling me he is wasting time and is losing other jobs where he can make more money. I'm assuming he must be a subcontractor to Albano,WTH!!!! I asked why the price keeps jumping and he had no explanation other than it takes time to shut off. Straight bullshit lies!!!!! They finally gave up and left. Now my shower is not just leaking but running heavily. This is the kind of non ethical shit that gives service workers a bad name. The rip off game! I ended up calling Scott English to fix what mess Albano left. Scott English not only fixed the problem but was extremely professional and diagnosis several other issues within our building. They were straight up about pricing and fair.

You can do better Albano! It's 2022, stop the bait and switch game!
