We had a water pipe burst at 5:30 on Saturday night. After calling numerous plumbers claiming emergency service who couldn't stem my flooding house until Monday, I contacted Rob Albano at Albano Contracting. What a stroke of great luck!
Rob was able to get one of his technicians, Erick, to my house within a few hours. Erick immediately assessed the situation, had all of the necessary equipment on his truck, and had the burst pipe fixed very quickly. He bled the heating system to make sure there was no air in the heating lines and even removed the wet insulation in the eave to speed up the drying process. Kudos to Erick!
If I could give Albano Contracting more than 5 stars I would.

The owner, Rob, came right away and did a great job fixing my water heater. He knew exactly what the problem was as soon as he looked at it and my hot water was up and running again in a half hour after he left. Thanks again for the great job and coming so quick!

If I could give this 0 stars I would. I was having issues with my living room not meeting the thermostats set temperature and called and spoke to Rob. He came the very next day as mentioned and I explained my situation fully. I took him to my living room where it was freezing cold inside (61 degrees). I showed him my boiler room and he turned the temperature of my boiler up from 185 to 200 degrees and just waited there and said it should help. When I asked for recommendations on how to upgrade the system or what I can do to help because clearly the room was cold, he said to consider high output baseboards, when I asked for an estimate, he didn't even bother giving one, just said high output baseboards would help. Clearly he didn't take me seriously. Literally spent a little less than 10 minutes in my home and charged me $100 to turn up a boiler temperature. I won't even bother calling back to say my issue isn't resolved because I know it'll probably be another ripoff or waste of my time.
