The team at Alaska Sewer & Drain experienced top-notch service. An efficient phone assessment occurred by a knowledgeable person who was aware how to get straight to the main issue so she could clearly communicate it to the staff.

The team reached out to me when they were nearby so I could quickly get dressed, however they were unaware about that part. I remained patient for my turn, as is typical since I was not the only person they were helping that day.

The technicians arrived late on a Saturday night and resolved my clog issue immediately. They provided advice on how to avoid issues in the future and also identified a looming disaster so I could handle it before it freezes.

The charge for a weekend night visit was $210, and I find that extremely reasonable for maintaining flushable toilets, a shower, laundry, and more. I doubt a company during the day would set any less. They were also very nice and professional. Thanks so much to all of you!

I set up a plumbing appointment four days in advance and took leave from my job. The scheduled time was 9:00 AM. When it was 9:30, I reached out and was told that the plumber would arrive in a little while. I received a call from the plumber and said it would take an hour. At 12:15, I called again (there was no answer at the shop) and when I spoke to the plumber he indicated he had no idea how long it would take. I explained that I had taken leave and made the appointment well ahead of time. He noted that in their line of work unexpected issues arise. When I indicated I would like to cancel, he said “good luck with that”.

Horrible customer service! I will not use this company again or suggest it to anyone. You'd be better off hiring a plumber from Anchorage than going with Alaska Sewer & Drain.

I encountered constant delays of My scheduled services with this plumbing service. After they eventually arrived after a week, I were charged more. I showed the necessary proof to verify the capacity of the tank and covered the right amount. I would not recommend this plumbing company.
