Tenant let us know at 11pm / kit sink backed up - both sides full of water. Called AK Sewer & Drain at 9am - they said they could fit us in that day. Jacob showed up about 10: 30 - ran snake about 25' and cleared the line / put everything back together and flushed the drain well/ double checked for any leaks. He was quick, professional and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend Ak Sewer & Drain

Constantly pushed back appointments. When they finally arrived the next week, I was overcharged. I presented paperwork to show size of tank and paid the appropriate amount. I do not recommend.

Beware Scammer! called for a plumbing issue. When plumber showed up he wanted us to sign a waiver that stated, if he broke anything, neither he nor the company would be held responsible. we Did not agree, signed NO contract, this man did not step foot in our house. Yet, they actually billed us over $200.00. When The appointment was made (via phone) we were not informed about a ""no fault"" clause. The man was very rude before he left our property. we have since called other plumbing companies in Anchorage area and have been informed they don't ask their customers to sign to a ""no fault"" contract. This is outrageous business practices and a BBB complaint will be filed.

Searched Yelp for a company to unclog two drains and a toilet leak on a Monday morning. I picked Alaska Sewer and Drain because of the reviews, and they were all spot on! I felt I was in trustworthy, professional hands all the way. From my initial call to the completion of the job by Chase, I received nothing but prompt, courteous, and friendly service. My initial call was answered right away - no being put on hold. I was told someone could come out within 2 hours but Chase was there just over an hour later - wow! I need to add efficiency - Chase had all 3 items fixed in just over an hour so my bill was a lot cheaper than I anticipated. Couldn't be a happier customer. I asked Chase for a stack of business cards and I've already handed most of them out. :)

Nothing worse than a clogged sink on a weekend. Managed to wait till Monday and these guys were at my house before noon. Super friendly and very quick. Couldn't be more pleased!!
