I are not very happy with Alaska Plumbing Service. I was told of a three-week delay. Christmas Eve day, they sent a message saying they could fit me in with very little warning. I was grateful for that, given because there was water leaking onto my floor for over a week by then.

The technician came maskless. I needed to request to cover his face before coming into my house. I vented a window for ventilation and he shut it without consulting me. He disconnected an essential valve that my system needed, wasn't very respectful and provided an extensive list of issues that my warranty did not cover. He criticized my vehicle in the driveway when he was exiting. Happy Holidays!

I experienced a problem with my water heater when they were busy, yet the technicians were able to schedule myself an emergency appointment the same day! It turned out the cause was the gas valve had broken, and fortunately he carried a replacement part in his truck.

I received great service, prompt and trustworthy! The technician guided us through what was wrong and how he would fix it. Quite amiable and knowledgeable. I will certainly contact Alaska Plumbing Service if I need further assistance!

Absolutely horrible service combined with awful behavior! We called my homeowners insurance to my hot water heater fixed as it was dripping water.

The technician from Alaska Plumbing Service shows up & seems totally unmotivated in the job done properly the first time & only applied pipe dope to the broken part & left.

I contacted two weeks later since the problem was not resolved & worsened and Alaska Plumbing Service responded via text.

Myself informed through text I was not satisfied & the person who makes the schedule voided my request from the insurance company claiming that "I was not satisfied."

Alaska Plumbing Service will give a homeowner a real problem during an emergency situation. This company should not be in business! I possess the text chain as evidence.

My family and I do not recommend the services of Alaska Plumbing Service. The team came to our property on April 10th and April 8th. The technician that came on April 8th could not find the source of the problem. The team recommended a drain expert to conduct a camera diagnostic and they were insistent on it. But, a video inspection cannot in water-filled pipes. Alaska Plumbing Service offered a poor recommendation.

On April 9th, a sewer technician arrived and was able to find the problem (no video inspection needed). The company needed to visit again to install a clean-out in our larger pipes so that we could reach the obstruction. The team was not able to clear the blockage with their equipment. The team created additional openings in our sheetrock trying to determine how else to get to the issue.

Long story short, after spending $650, we called in another drain expert to visit us and they resolved the clog in 10 minutes. The company could not do the job. They should have recognized their limitations up front and not stayed at our home adding to their billable hours. They also bill you for the time they spend driving to your property. Take note. The technicians are pleasant individuals, but they ought not to be suggesting things they are not knowledgeable about.
