Not recommended. I hired them to install a replacement gas line. The work was not done to professional standards. I had to ask them to do it correctly.
Following this work, I made the mistake of asking them to bid on water supply plumbing for our refrigerator. After the plumber came out to assess the new plumbing needs, he promised to send me a bid ""within three or four days."" I never heard from them again until I called them, several times, asking for the bid. Still, to this day, no bid. I did get something from them. I received insulting emails. I don't understand why this company is still in business.

Called for a non-emergency drain clearing and got a prompt response.* A courtesy call from Dante letting me know he was 15 minutes away, and the removal of his shoes upon entry were all good signs. (Years ago, serviceman refused to remove his ""who knew where they been"" boots.)
He snaked the bathroom sink drain without making the loud worrisome sounds the plumber my upstairs neighbor called three weeks earlier. He cleaned up and suggested I replace the faucet filter. He said if he replaced it, he would have to charge me extra for a part that cost less than $3.
Good service. Thanks Dante!
*Not getting a follow-up on a request for a bid on a larger job.

I had 2 leaking toilets and thought it was a simple toilet flapper replacement. No such luck. The universal toilet flapper did not fit my Kohler toilets so there was a slow leak. Also, the toilet bowl was not refilling properly so I knew there was much more to the problem than a replacement.
I called the property management company and they gave me a recommendation. I called the guy and he really did not instill any confidence that he knew what he was talking about. So I went to Yelp. I chose Alansi's because of all the great reviews and I'm glad I did.
Yehia was great! I have always been wary of plumbers and their tendency to upsell problems but he was straight forward and gave me a lot of options. He came out and was very personable and knowledgeable. He took a look at my toilets and knew immediately what the problems were and gave me recommendations on what absolutely needed to be repaired and explained in clear layman terms what was going on. He quoted me an estimation on time and how much the parts would cost and he met that estimation perfectly! The job was done on time and no more problems.
I absolutely recommend these guys. If you can get Yehia, get him! I could not have asked for a better experience.

We have just had such a nice experience with Yehia Alansi, and the person helping him, the toilet was replaced, perfect job, wonderful attitude and great price, all the calls we had prior to the job were on time and the job has been done to perfection, very glad i picked these guys to help with our problem :)

I was having a problem with the sewer backing up next to the house ,and was calling around to different plumbers. Got a fast call back from this firm and made a appointment.
They arrived first thing , and had the job done within an hr.
They told me the problem (tree roots) and gave me some hints on how to avoid future problems (don't flush dental floss!).
BTW this was 3 years ago and, I have had no problems since.

I had a small piece on my bathroom sink faucet that needed replacement, and Maurl came out to look at it. They charged me $127 just to come look at the bathroom and check it out. Then Maurl took me to the store where we ordered the new part, which should have arrived within a few weeks. The part arrived 5 weeks later and was the wrong part, so he had to order a new part which would take another 5 weeks. When I called back after this second 5 weeks, I got an automated response from Maurl that he was out of the country for a month! What? So then I had to call the main line and tell them my story, and of course no one knew what was going on because apparently they don't keep paperwork on orders and details of each job. So I have to call back a bunch of times to re-explain my situation, and eventually had to just wait till Maurl came back and fixed this....almost 3 months after that fact! NOT A GOOD SITUATION. Luckily the office understood that this was complete bullshit because they gave me half off the maintenance, though the job still cost me over $200...

After reading all the great reviews I decided to hire this plumber for resetting a wobbly toilet with a new wax ring. First of all, they were almost 30 minutes late, past their appointment window of 8-9am. Shortly after the plumber departed, I noticed a leak coming from the toilet tank. I called the company and requested that the plumber return to fix it, as it was certainly a direct result of the plumber moving the toilet during the course of his work. The plumber said that he could not return because he had other appts out of the area. THEN, HE TOLD ME THAT THERE WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR COMING BACK TO REPAIR A PROBLEM THAT HE CREATED! When I told him I was reluctant to pay additional money for the obvious reasons, he proceeded to insult my integrity and principles AND told me to find another plumber to finish the job!
A very frustrating and disappointing experience. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

We had a great experience with this plumbing company. I called on a Saturday evening, after 7 p.m., after trying other plumbers. The plumber (Mauro) came out, took care of the sewage line problem, and helped us figure out what to do, as in call the city to come out and clear the main line. I do not know much about plumbing and we got good, reasonable, prompt service without getting taken for a ride. I am so happy with this company and the great service.

I had clogged our kitchen sink with lots n lots of food :( and so I called the company and they sent out Mauro to come in and snake the drains out for me! He was fast and out of here in no time! Thanks :)

We had a clog in our mainline and Mauro came out and fixed in 5 minutes. They were here in less than an hour. He was very clean, polite and told us what clogged up our drain. Great price too. Thanks for you help and we will be calling you again in the future for any plumbing needs.
