Adrian came to tighten a handful of fixtures that were loose upon move-in. I called on a Tuesday and was able to make an appointment for the following day! I made my appointment with a woman named Monica who noted the household issue(s) and passed the information on to the plumber (Adrian). I was provided a 2-hour time of arrival window (12p-2), so imagine my happy surprise when Alansi's called at 12:05p reporting the plumber was about 15minutes away!

Adrian was spectacular. Truly topnotch service, very professional, and took care of everything I needed cared for. He had the note from Monica and asked me to show him all the trouble spots so he could assess the scope of the project. He was up front about the cost ($125/hr) and said the job would take about 1.5hrs, which was reasonable given the assignment. Once finished, Adrian showed me the work he completed to ensure my satisfaction and pleasantly explained how he fixed each fixture when I asked. He was actually here longer than the estimated 1.5hrs as he waited to test the airgap and discharge hose which required running (and then draining) the dishwasher. However, he wrote up the receipt for 1.5hrs of work, I then wrote him a check, and he was off to the next appointment. There is a 30day warranty, so if any of the work done comes lose again or starts to leak Alansi's will come back out to re-fix at no extra charge. Now that's what I call service and a service I won't hesitate to call again or make referrals to for future plumbing troubles.

Mohammed with his associate showed up on time, and even called 15 minutes prior to arriving to let me know that they were coming. Both were very professional, patient and answered all of my questions when repairing leaky faucet. I can't think of anything else that they can do to improve their service. Their hourly rate may seem pricey, but you get what you pay for - they work fast and get the job done properly the first time. Highly recommended!

If I could give Alansi's more than five stars, I certainly would.
Prior to hiring Alansi's, we hired another plumber to come in and fix our shower. After he broke the valve to the shower at 5pm on a friday night he then proceeded to tell us he couldn't help us and literally left. With no running water in our home. It was sort of a nightmare to be honest. However, before said plumber left our home, he referred us to Alansi's.

I was a little skeptical to use a referral from someone who left us in this situation to begin with, but I am really glad we called Yehia at Alansi's. He came out and fixed our shower in no time. His original estimate was 4-6 hours worth of work, and he actually completed the new fixture install in 3!

In addition to the great timing, Yehia and his crew were very knowledgeable, super nice and really knew what they were doing, which was incredibly reassuring. Nicest people ever! Seriously. I will hire them again and again for all our plumbing needs.

Alansi's is terrific! They installed a new laundry in my apartment -100 yr. old building- and had to overcome amazing hurdles to do it. If they can accomplish this, anything else is a walk in the park for them! They're my new go-to guys for all my plumbing needs! Only problem is that they are getting very busy and difficult to schedule. But worth the wait if not an emergency... Which they will respond to btw.

Alansi's Rooter & Plumbing is AWESOME! They do such a great job when they come here. Yehia showed up with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a bright smile, ready to tackle the problem. He remembered working on a different issue at my house a few years ago.

Yehia found the source of the leakage and got to work right away. He fixed the damage with efficiency and thoroughness. Now I don't have to worry about my ceiling falling through. Woohoo!

When we discussed the pricing, Yehia was very fair on both the labor and the parts. He even put up with our bad jokes. Thanks Yehia! You rock!

Our kitchen sink clogged, called Yehia, he sent Moe, came to fix the problem. He is another professional and super nice gentleman, everything done within an hour.
Because of his good work, we call him back again the following week to replace out kitchen faucet, and again, he did a fantastic job as alway. Guess what, i will call him back again to work on our gas oven problem...with no worries and knowing they will provide a great work again and again. I salute team Alansi's work ethic and professionalism.

Agree with other reviewers! Great plumbing company. Called at 8:10am, and the plumber was here same day an hour later! Fixed our clogged drain and broken faucet in no time!

Based on Yelp reviews, I scheduled for Alansi's to come out to my home in Marin to check on potentially clogged drain and rain gutter pipes, and to clear any clogs found which I believed were present. Mauro came right on time and immediately began his inspection, very patiently explaining to me and answering my questions as I tagged along. He checked everything I asked, and even got down in the crawlspace to inspect under the house. He concluded that there were no clogs, that everything was working just fine. Even when I questioned this and gave him an excellent opening to go to work with the rooter, he said no and showed me that everything was flowing freely.

So I asked what I owed him, and he said ""Nothing, I didn't do anything."" I said well you came all the way over here to Marin, but he just said call me next time you need a plumber. Well, you can bet your life that that's exactly what I am going to do.
