The water in our tub wasn't going down at all...didn't look good. Called these guys and got an appointment the next morning. Steve came the next morning and did an awesome job. It wasn't looking good at first and he had to use all the tricks in his toolbox but he got everything working and on track in under an hour!!! Saved the day and all with a great and friendly attitude. Great guy, great service - highly recommended!

Clogged toilet. Spent hours using a plunger, going to the hardware store for an auger, and trying to snake the toilet myself. Called 3-4 plumbers with 5-star Yelp reviews. Alansi's called back quickly, set up an appointment for a few hours later, and then was able to come even sooner after calling to see if I was available. Steve was fast, funny, and gave me tips on how to snake the toilet more successfully next time. 5 minutes and the toilet was back in business. 90 bucks well spent. Highly recommend.

Used Alansi again today. Third time I have over the last few years. First time was a 30 year old water heater that finally died. Yehia talked with me over the phone first and gave me the option of buying the heater myself and having him install it or he could provide it. Awesome advise and after researching them I found that Yehia could get me a better price, so came with the heater and installed it and schlepped the old one away. !!! Second time was finding a VERY high water bill and Yehia came out and ...Found the toilet was running. He fixed it and POOF, water bill decreased tremendously. Today was a non draining bathtub AND a kitchen sink that only drained when the garbage disposal was running. Steve called and said he could come 3 hours earlier than the set time!!! AWESOME. He spent about an hour and a half snaking out both drains and replacing the trap under the sink! ALL GOOD! I can't say enough about how great these guys are! Thanks Yehia and Steve and the rest of the Alansi crew!!!!

This is the first time I've used Alansi's Rooter and Plumbing and am extremely happy with their service. My original appointment was scheduled for 3pm but Alansi was able to send someone out earlier last minute.

Steve showed up on time and was extremely professional. He replaced the pilot unit in about an hour and my tenants were happy to have hot water again. I will definitely be using Alansi's service for any water heater, plumbing needs etc. in the future.

These guys have helped me out on several occasions when drains in my old house got clogged. Including an emergency overflow on Thanksgiving day that blocked up every drain in the house. They came to the rescue that day only an hour or two after I called. I have relied on them several times and never been disappointed. I would recommend them to a friend.

If you need any rooter and/or plumbing needs, don't look anywhere else. These guys are as good as it gets. I live on the 4th floor of a 16 unit building. We had a dead stopped/clogged kitchen sink drain. It was very hard to troubleshoot being 4 stories up and not knowing the plumbing schematics of the building like what units shared what in terms of pipes hidden beneath the walls. They, especially Mo (the younger brother), were meticulous, persistent, thorough and never gave up even though at times there was no hope in sight. Long story short, they did everything possible to unclog the drain which turned out to be a bigger problem that affected other units as well. Anyway, I rarely write public reviews, but these guys are so awesome I had to write one so that others will benefit from their services in times of need. Also, did I mention they are punctual as well? They showed up right on time as promised. Sometimes plumbing work is just dirt out messy, but after the fix, Mo made sure everything was spotless clean and thoroughly tested before he went on his way. Just Awesome!

We just shook hands with Steve and sent him off after fixing our sewer issue. Turns out, disposable wipes, pumpkin, and beer bottle labels shouldn't go down the drain (hear that honey?!). For the last few weeks, we'd been hearing gurgling noises from the sink in our in-law apartment. This afternoon, we noticed about an inch worth of water standing inside the dishwasher. Then, when we tried to use the toilet in the in-law, we noticed it had backed up (as did the shower) and now wouldn't flush. I called Alansi's based on all of the positive reviews. Steve was here within the hour (I called at 3:30 PM on a Friday), assessed the situation, and tackled the problem out on the sidewalk. What came out of the drain definitely had no business being there. Steve took care of the problem quickly using a few methods, cleaned up after himself, and was done in just about an hour. And, pricing was very reasonable at $165. Sure, we could have called the City and had them send someone out but I was hoping we'd be able to use the bathroom before next week! I will definitely keep Alansi's on our list for home repair companies.

We hired them to scope out our pipes with a camera and to fix another pipe. Yehia came out and he said he would do the work, but someone else showed up. The guy who showed up, I explained everything to again. We were particularly curious as to where a certain pipe went. When the guy who showed up was done using the camera, I realized that he did not put the camera in that particular pipe. So, I asked him if he could please put the camera in that pipe. He had to remove some bricks to get to that pipe area again and he started literally tossing the bricks on the side instead of just removing them. I finally told him if he kept throwing the bricks that they would break. I felt really uncomfortable at his angry demeanor. I've never experienced that from a contractor before. He did put the camera in that pipe, but I could tell he was not happy. He was also supposed to put a cap on a pipe, which he did, but later I realized it wasn't even the right size and it is just resting on top and the rubber cap was not properly fastened. However, the other pipe that they fixed, they did a good job, although they left a bit of a mess which they cleaned up after I asked.

Awesome service! Someone had stolen my 5 inch square drain cover. I scoured the internet trying to find a replacement. I gave up and called 3 places. These guys were the only ones who helped me out and told me where I can buy one. I can't thank these guys enough. Great job!

Used Alansi's Rooter and Plumbing again for the second time at my parents house.
Their kitchen sink wouldn't drain unless it sat overnight. I tried cleaning all the p traps and snake it myself, but the clog was further down next to the main pipes. I called Alansi's on Saturday and they said between 2 and 4 o'clock, but they arrived at 12:30.
This time the younger brother came and he was very polite and professional. He cleaned out the drain, plus found a leak i had in a copper pipe that had a nail in it. The nail has been in the pipe for twenty plus years, when plywood was put on the walls for earthquake retrofitting.I wasn't charged for the additional help and everything worked out great. Very good company.
