Yelpers no lie here: on time, polite, quick to clear the clog, extra mile to answer questions and offer useful advice about renovation work I am planning. Examined under the house to confirm existing ancient plumbing was OK at no extra charge. Reasonable cost for the snaking service. Mauro's the man. We will call them back if and when we do any renovations.

A few years ago, I bought my ideal home. Nice neighborhood, great location and decent size. The only thing that bugged me is that it had an electric stove with only an electric outlet. I seriously hate electric stoves and wanted a gas line installed in my kitchen. This was pre-Yelp, so I called plumbers in the phone book and received several estimates that were ridiculous.

Fast forward to a month ago. My oven breaks :) and I decide to Yelp plumbers. My husband called Alansi's and got things going. Not only was it a fraction of what these other places quoted, but they handled everything from getting the permit, installation, and setting up the appointment with the city inspector. Unlike other places, they didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. Alansi's is highly recommended and very honest!!

I would definitely recommend Alansi. The service was just great. Yehia came out when he said he would. He was very pleasant and courteous and although clearing the bathtub drain proved to be a bit of a challenge he always kept a positive attitude and I had not doubt that he would be able to do the job. Indeed he did and within the hour always keeping that wonderfully positive attitude.

I am so glad to have found Alansi - thank you Yelp!

great communication and reliable. I had a back up in the sink and they came out quickly. When i had a subsequent back up a month later they came out under their warranty to address with no additional charge

We had our sewer line back up and ARP came right out and had it cleared within a hour. They were timely and did not charge the ridiculous rates that some of the other big name companies try and charge.

Alansi's was fast, courteous and effective. I am very satisfied with the level of service I received. Mauro took care of the problem within twenty minutes, fixed an unrelated problem and even crawled under my home to survey my sewer line at my request. This is the company I will use faithfully from this day forward.

Since my first call to Alansi back in 2008, they have become the only people i call.

I've called on them to change 2 water heaters, 3 toilets, and repair a few other toilets.

If I could give this guy 100 stars, I would! I woke up to a horrific scratching noise in the ventilation duct above my stove. PG&E told me I had to call a plumber - after a quick Yelp search, I called Alansi's.

Yehia was here in 30 minutes and it only took him 15 minutes to set the bird inside the duct free. (My useless cats were fascinated by the bird flying around the house, but didn't bother to try catching it - we had to shoo it out the balcony doors)

But the BEST part is - he DIDN'T CHARGE ME!!!!!!!!!! He said that since he technically didn't do anything, he couldn't invoice me. WOW! Ok, for SURE I'm calling this guy next time I need a plumber for anything at all. YOU SHOULD TOO!!!

I had an intermittent problem where water would spew out of the washing machine standpipe, onto the floor, during the spin cycle. I called Alansi's because of all the great reviews. Yehia came out and he diagnosed the problem immediately! He snaked both the standpipe and the clean-out pipe and found tree roots! Now I can do laundry without worrying about water leaking onto the floor!

Also, I appreciated that Yehia took the time to explain the issue to me! Thank you Yehia; great job!
