We called Alan's plumbing when we lost water pressure in a part of our house. We were concerned about a slab leak under our home. They sent a manager, Pete, and Manuel out to our house and they were really great. They sent someone out promptly, they called me 30 minutes in advance to let me know they were on the way, they were polite, tidy and clean when they arrived and they fixed the problem very quickly. It turned out to be a MUCH smaller issue that cost less than $100 to fix! They answered all my questions, explained things to me and showed me exactly what was wrong. Overall EXCELLENT service - they will be our plumber for all future plumbing needs.

DON'T USE THEM... Here for 10 minutes, turned a valve and left. That valve started to leak, flooding the adjacent room, but no one noticed until it has been leaking for about 4 hours, since it was in the garage. Did i get a sorry when i called again, opps we screwed up, NO, nothing. The second guy came later that night and fixed the problem, 10 hours after it started, and 4 hours without water.

The second guy seemed friendly, almost too friendly being the only reason he was there was to find something else to try and charge. Not to worry he found the house had high water pressure and needed a $440 fix, which he could provide. I looked up the part he finally installed 3 days later ($106), and it took him 30 minuted to install. If you do the math that's $334 labor charge, meaning the company charges over $600 per hour.

Did i mention that the flooded room is still without carpet, and will be for more than a week, and that assuming it will get repaired on monday. I hope you consider twice before choosing this company. And check their work, it just might save you a FLOODED ROOM.

Excellent service! We had an emergency plumbing situation where our pipe busted under our kitchen sink which was filling our island up with water! Alan's Plumbing responded immediately and the technician Jeff got right to the job. He also found a great restoration company for us. They are fast, friendly, and trustworthy - I will definitely use them again!

Not sure about the couple of negative reviews on here. These guys are great. I too ended up with this company at the mercy of Fidelity warranty. The first call they responded the same day I called Fidelity, no other warranty contractor has responded that soon...they came out a day or so later and the technician David was top notch. After figuring out I would need a faucet replacement they got me a new one that is several notches above 'builders standard' which warranty outfits usually stick you with. Again, they promptly made the appointment, and give you a 30 minute warning call when their guy is on the way. I was even fortunate enough to be the first call at 8am for the faucet and he was out of here within an hour or so. I would recommend these guys even if not under a home warranty scenario.

We got Alan Plumming throught our warranty. When the guy came out to fix our water heater he nice but tried to push his friends company on us to come fix the water damage. When we told him we were going to wait. he became very rude. Next morning we had to have them come back out because we still had water leaking. this time they said it was coming from the wall. he did cut a whole in the wall and find 2 leaks. He then told us there may be another but he could not find it. (He made it clear he didn't want to have to move the water Heater.) Well a day later and we come home to water leaking in the house again. I will not use this company again. The guy did not take the time to find out were the problem was. I have aske the warranty to send a different company out

My kitchen sink clogged up one night, and my home warranty company (Fidelity) sent someone from Alan's Plumbing. The morning after my call to Fidelity, Alan's called to confirm that they'd fit me in that day. They of course couldn't tell me exactly when, because I was a last-minute squeeze-in, and they gave me a 30-minute warning call when the plumber was on his way so I could pop home from work to meet him. The plumber (David) was friendly, professional, quick, and most importantly effective!! My sink drains wonderfully now. He was great!

I have to rave about Alan's Plumbing. My home warranty company made a mistake and sent my water heater repair to an air conditioning company, needless to say by the time I figured this out, my water heater was out for two days. My home warranty company sent Alans my repair ticket at 2:00 this afternoon, I called and talked to Cathy (I hope i spelled it right) and she said the chances of getting someone here today were slim to none, then mput me on hold, thanks to her I had two very nice gentlemen, John and David, here at 2:30, my water heater was repaired by 3:00. Now I dont have to boil 18 pots of water so we can all take baths today. Alan's Plumbing ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have my home warranty through Fidelity and they chose Alan's Plumbing. The plumber did get to my house quickly, however he was very unprofessional and borderline rude. On top of that, he left waste in our back yard which I viewed as a health hazard. I would not recommend this company to anybody I know - ESPECIALLY since it has been two weeks and the same exact problem has occurred.

Awful customer service. Exactly 93 days after Alan's Plumbing installed a hose bib, I reported it had broken. The supervisor called me back on the 94th day to proudly advise me that the bottom of my invoice clearly states that parts are covered for 90 days and labor is covered for 30 days. Therefore, they had no legal responsibility.

Now there's a company that I will never deal with again.

I highly recommend this company that I came across through my home warranty company-Fidelity. They were prompt, had excellent communication and gave me advance notice of their arrival. The technician was courteous and friendly but not a chatterbox or intrusive--which I really appreciate. He came in, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and made my life easier!
