I had a bad experience with another plumbing company that my warranty company scheduled to come out. Late in the afternoon when I was told the other company wasn't going to make it, I called the warranty company, and they were able to get Alan's Plumbing out within 2 hours. An AHS service company, we had to wait 3 days for someone to show up. ""Joe"" with a Dallas Cowboys hat came in, checked it out and said it was not covered by AHS. The kitchen sink had a leak and the hose up through the faucet was broken, causing a leak in the the kitchen and therefore damaging. He did not fix it, took my $75 copay and said do it yourself. I am left with a damaging situation in my kitchen and I thought these companies were out to help and take care of their customers but this was pure highway robbery of $75. THIS COMPANY IS OUT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY, they are crooks DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER.

Big props to PJ for meeting me at the shop on Saturday when they are normally closed so I could pick up the water heater!

He was very friendly, easy going and gave me a good price! He also helped me load it in to my truck too!

I am a happy customer. Chris, the plumber came over in October just before a big family event. He diagnosed the problem, got approval from my home warranty company so I didn't have any out of pocket, replaced the garbage disposal in a timely manner and gave me some maintenance tips. It's been almost 2 months and we haven't had any problems. Thanks Alan's Plumbing!

This week one of Alan's plumbers responded to a water heater issue at the above address. The water heater will not stay lit. Their plumber called the manufacturer who told him that it was more than likely a venting issue. Their plumber then told my Home warranty company this opinion. The home warranty company is now stating future repairs may NOT be covered.

The closet door is a full length shutter door and there is a vent in the ceiling. The company that installed the water heater and another contractor disagree and feel the area is more than adequately vented and that it is more than likely a faulty igniter switch in that I have had the same issue in the past.

Furthermore,this week their plumber attempted to obtain payment from my renter after I had already paid American Home Shield the $100 service fee the day prior.

Several weeks ago their company responded to a repair at another home of mine. The plumber did not repair my refrigerator water supply line properly resulting in water damage to walls, base boards and the carpet. Another disaster company was sent by yours to extract the water and perform the necessary repairs.

There own plumber did not come with parts and we went to Ace Hardware to get parts he needed. Then according to second plumber did not do the correct repair causing the flood. Obviously, Alan's plumbing is fill of excuses. I had a contractor and other plumber disagree. NOT WORTH A FLOOD IN MY HOME or providing my home warranty with false information on my other home . Horrible customer service. We have an issue at our house and our home warranty company sent these guys. Who I'm assuming were the lowest bidder. I work clear on the other side of the valley and received the call saying they would be at my house. I immediately left work and saw that I would be a few minutes late. I called to let them know I was on my way and would be a few minutes late. I arrived 10 minutes after the time they assigned me in the 4 hour window with no plumber there. The underlying response I recieved was, we don't care and we will still make money without your repair order. The receptionist and so-called superviser were about as rude as they could professionaly be.
I have rarley received this bad of treatment from a company and would not voluntarily choose them to do any kind of job. I hope the home warranty company sends someone else next time around.

I was lucky enough to get Juan. I would agree with previous compliments on him, he was awesome. Even though my issue didn't turnout to be plumbing, but actually A/C. He was fast and knowledgable about my next steps. He had the service call transferred over to A/C quickly. He even vacuumed up the water that was in the A/C pan to prevent more damage to my ceiling.

DO NOT USE Alan's Plumbing. They had to make two trips to fix a situation which the first plumber should have fixed (missed a toothbrush stuck in the toilet). We understand these things happen, so we asked for a discount on the second visit. The call agent agreed to a small discount, but when we asked for more and suggested he call Alan, Alan had him charge us EVEN MORE. What kind of customer service is this? DO NOT RISK having two service calls if you get a poor plumber. THIS IS TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES and they made a lot off of us on something that should have been done right the first time. Terrible.
