John M.Alan and his team just left my house after doing faucet and shower head replacements throughout my house. His team were the upmost professionals, polite, neat and quiet - so much you didn't even know they were here. And they also had the approval of my 150 pound Newfoundland Murphy who at sometimes acted as an apprentice plumber.
I could not recommend Alan enough for any of your plumbing needs and if I am in need for a plumber in the future we would not hesitate to call him back.

Had the nerve to send a commercial claim letter after 3 weeks - harassing everyday day for payment while waiting for them to come back to fix their work. The don't work nights or weekends either..
Lisa N.Terrible service from the top down. I called for a specific problem - the young men who were sent did not listen to me when I described the problem. They installed an unnecessary part and I was charged over $200. I called again for the same problem, asked that the same serviceman was not sent. He was sent, NOW found the problem, and made the problem worse. Said the parts would be ordered. After numerous calls, I finally ordered the parts myself. When I spoke to their office -- the owner REFUSED TO CALL ME BACK - I was told that they were going to charge me again to install the new parts EVEN THOUGH their serviceman made the issue worse. No apology, nothing. Horrible organizaton
